Austin stood up swiftly and ran after her. He grabbed and pushed her lightly against the Car.
Flustered, Lana reached out to punch him. He grabbed the hand in the air and the leg that was about to kick him. Pulling her close, he whispered into her ear. "It is my choice to Love you, whether strangers or not. You can't ask me to stay away from you."
"You.." Lana's voice had just sounded when a kiss landed.
Daniel who was around the vicinity saw this scene and drove away in a fit of anger.
Lana fiercely bit his lip, drawing blood as he hissed in pain. She stumped his foot and pushed him away.
*Pak!
A heavy sound of a slap echoed and Austin's left cheek glow red with five prints on it. Lana was already heaving in anger and wished she hadn't stopped Daniel from teaching him a lesson that today and just maybe, it would have reset his brain.
"Next time, you won't just get a slap." She pushed past him and slide into her car and drove off.
