Chapter 1 - Prologue

Starling Dasher, of the Red Ensign.

The Dashers : Her father was a drunkard, didn't care about the wellbeing of his family. Her mother worked hard as a maid in a rich family's mansion. Starling was a bright child, she did her utmost to make sure to give her best for the education her dear mother worked so hard for. As an only child her childhood was nothing but a abusive domestic background, her giving her all in the education she received. "Men are cruel my sweet love, promise me you won't give up your freedom for no man." her mom said as she took her last breath and bid goodbye to the poignant life she went on to live.

Starling's entire life revolved around her last words. She became a skilled assassin, took on missions which could cost her life or be used for the greater goods. She works under the shadows, working on keeping the current corrupted society free of more social injustices. She took on assignments ranging from mass murder to reconnaissance on the most 'wanted' people in a bingo book. Only known to those who work 'underground'...

Dasher flaunts her frizzy brown locks, her clean ivory skin, her eyes sparkle an evasive sepia being a nimble 5'4. She's here to take on the cruel world.

Wearing a corset along with quite an extensive gown, hiding her true style. Deception. The perfect plan, and a hat with a veil in the front. Hiding her graceful face from the likes of gruesome men and other criminals who might fancy coming in the way of her mission:

Collecting reconnaissance on one mysterious buccaneer, Captain VC.

Who was he and what he did ?

Basic information on him, he's a well known pirate. But who he really is and what he exactly does? Nobody knows. She only worked on the meager intel she received about him docking in the port of Felixstowe to consort some goods on board.
