The moment the world around the Emerald Palace shifted.
Or rather, the atmosphere, as far as one could sense, had suddenly changed so drastically, it felt as though one was no longer in the same dimension as they were only a moment ago.
Tension in the palace rose drastically. As the palace guards and the maids began to silently fall into a peaceful slumber no matter where they were, as it felt as though everything around them was frozen in time.
It was as though the entire palace was transported into another dimension and the only one still moving was Bam as he immediately barged into Athena's chambers without knocking.
Ordinarily, this would've been a taboo for someone of this status, but after sensing the sudden shift in the atmosphere and seeing maids and guards patrolling the corridors faint on the spot, his only concern at the moment was the safety of his beloved mistress.
