Ally went missing a week ago, I haven't been able to do anything because the police have been around every corner, circling, like crows; trying to find her body. Her dead body.
Before she went missing she called me, told me to come over and stay the night, so I got my pillow, I shouted to my parents, " I'm going to Ally's!" As if they would care, and went over. It was strange that night, I kept seeing people walking up and down the street, over and over again. But I didn't recognise them. As always, me and Ally would take turns going to the windows and looking outside. We kept noticing a red pickup truck that started its car whenever we looked outside. The air was sticky and warm that night, so we had the windows open. Ally was telling me how her parents had once forgotten her at home when she was six and went to Hawaii; she said they stayed there for the whole two weeks and called her once telling her to "not open the door to anyone." She said that when they came back they hugged her and said sorry, when she asked why they stayed they said that had the excuse of work being more important. I was about to respond to her when I was stopped by the loud pounding on a door. We looked at each other and went to the window, that same truck was there, and there was a man banging on the door to my house, I remember him screaming two names, but they weren't my parents he referred to them as "Maxwell and Natasha" two names I had never heard before...
