Gracie sat cross-legged as she focused on her mother's words. Soon enough, the Ice Qi surrounding Gracie entered her body and within the next instant, Gracie moaned, "Ahh~ It feels goood~ I feel so refreshed~"
Hearing that, Ace and Maeve's eyes opened wide as they blinked a few times only to confirm what they saw.
"She…"
"On the first try…?"
"Isn't she too big of a monster!? Even you had to try again and again for a whole day to be able to lighten your fatigue and regain your stamina though Elemental Qi and she just did that on the first try!?" Maeve cried in shock.
"Of course! My daughter is a Heaven's Defying Prodigy! (A/N: Of course, No way will I ever leave out the chance to use the novel's name, hehe) Isn't it only natural that she would do it in a first try?" Ace's initial shock soon turned into unconcealed pride as he exclaimed.
"No No no no no no, I know that she's monstrously talented, even more than you, but… but this shouldn't be possible!"
"Hmm… well, I can't deny that it should be impossible… maybe it's because of her Heaven's Favored Physique? I mean, she is always surrounded by some Ice Qi because of that miraculous physique; maybe it made it easier for her to bathe in Ice Qi due to it being present around her abundantly. What do you think?" Ace reasoned.
"Well, that does sounds reasonable…" Maeve nodded and her shocked and agitated emotions calmed down but soon, her emotions were agitated again and a bright smile adorned her face as she exclaimed,
"Wait… If her physique allows her to absorb Qi without having to meditate doesn't that mean that it should allow her to replenish her stamina as well? Then doesn't that mean that no matter what happens, she won't get tired at all!? Won't she become the strongest in the future!? That would be so cool!"
Hearing that, Ace's eyes brightened as well, "Hahaha! We'll have to try it first but I am almost positive that it should be the case.

"MmmHmm! I'll become the strongest and then I will protect Mama and Papa!" on the other side, Gracie stood up and exclaimed as she patted her biceps proudly.
"Of course you will be~ Come here, let papa hug my litt-" As Ace was about to rush towards Gracie, Maeve stepped in front of him, and soon, the demonic instructor appeared, "Now that you are refreshed, I want you to run 5 more laps around all around the Sect," Maeve instructed.
"Ehh? Again?" Gracie whined.
"Yes, Again" Maeve nodded.
Little Gracie sighed before she walked out of the courtyard with a dejected look and started running.
To make it worse, she learned that she won't be able to cheat her way out since this time, it wasn't her kind and tender papa who was following her, but the merciless and cruel demonic instructor, who won't stop until she completes her target.

Contrary to how Gracie expected her training to be more dazzling sword and fighting moves, the only thing the demonic instructor instructed her to do was to… run. Run, for the whole training session. Run then replenish stamina using Qi then run again and recover again before running again and recovering again.
Running, running, and running, it was really a hell-like experience for our little Gracie. Still, even though it was like that, there was still something that she really enjoyed, and that was her papa's extensive care.
Just after she ends her run, her papa would rush towards her before hugging her into his warm embrace before washing and cleaning her sweaty face, and then feeding her, her favorite cookies. There would even be some cold juice or water whenever she would request. That kind of treatment, Gracie approved a lot!
'As all things should be' with that thought in her mind, Gracie nodded to herself as she enjoyed her father's relaxing massage.
Of course, that was no ordinary massage, it was performed especially to calm and soften her muscles while keeping the strength they gained. Obviously, Ace can't have her daughter having a tight and hard skin along with showy muscles now, can he? Even imagining little Gracie with muscles… umm… though it might be cute in its own way, Ace would rather not try it.
Of course, Maeve also approved the use of massage, let alone approve, she uses it herself or she would have similar if not more muscles than Ace by how much she trains her body.
Well, all in all, Gracie today's training ended, though Gracie had a lot of complaints, she was too busy to say them out loud as she enjoyed her ride on her papa's shoulder while she munched on the cookies.

In the afternoon, around 2 P.M. Ace heard the knock on the door, and a familiar figure along with another person appeared in front of him.
"Uncle Kalm! Hello~" Gracie, who was sitting on her fixed seat, that was Ace's shoulders, raised her hand excitedly as she greeted.
"Hello, little Gracie~" Sect Leader Kalm replied with a smile as he turned towards Ace and Maeve. "It's good to see that you all are back, Elder Ace, Mrs. Maeve. I hope you enjoyed your journey"
"It was good" Maeve replied. "Sect Leader Kalm, please have a seat" She offered.
Sect Leader Kalm nodded before he sat on the sofa.
"Elder Ace, let me introduce him, He is Estudar Knowledgee, a great scholar and the principal of our Sect's school." Sect Leader Kalm introduced the sagely-looking man beside him. The man had a rather large forehead while his brownish-black eyes looked like they have a deeper meaning behind them. The man had a rather average face but there was some sort of mysterious feeling around him.
"Hello, Mr. Estudar" Ace nodded.
"It's nice to finally meet you, Elder Ace. I have heard a lot about you" The man replied with a smile.
"So, Sect Leader Kalm, I am sure you are not here just to ask about my trip, right?" Ace questioned directly.
"Elder Ace, Little Gracie should already be 8 years old right?" Sect Leader Kalm questioned to which Ace nodded.
"Then Elder Ace, what do you think about enrolling Gracie into the Sect's school?"
