Finally arriving at the hunting ground the first thing I noticed was the amount of people who were here. When we arrived at LLILI Online we were tighter, but the hunting ground that should have had more space showed that I underestimated the number of players, it seems that more players were entering as I did my missions.
Apparently, the creators had to increase the spawn rate of the initial monsters to support the amount of Players they are hunting, but even with that it is still very crowded, there are at least 3 to 4 Players to hunt a single rabbit, some cases has up to 7 Players for a single rabbit.
After seeing how the hunting situation is doing, I decided to first check my status.
The game gives each player some starting items made up of, 50 copper coins, 30 bad breads, a class change board and a villager's outfit.
The villager's clothing increases their defense by 20 points while the bread restores 30 health, increases the rate of mana and stamina recovery by 50% for 1 minute but this effect is only applied outside of combat.
A curiosity is the taste of bad bread, virtual reality can replicate all the senses of reality including the taste ..... Well, at least it is edible.
The class change sign is exactly what the name says, it serves to change the class. At the moment there are 6 basic classes, they are Warrior, Swordsman, Mage, Healer, Archer and Assassin.
Each of these classes comes with its starting weapon. Warrior with a +20 attack sword and a +50 defense shield. Swordsman with a +70 attack sword. Mage and Healer with a +70 MD and +25 MP staff. Archer with a bow with +50 attack and a dagger with +20 attack and 200 arrows. E Assassin with a dagger with +70 attack.
In addition, each class has an initial skill. As I am with the warrior class the initial skill I have is.
Defense.
Increases your character's defense for 5 seconds by 30%.
Cost: 50 stamina.
Cooldawn: 90 seconds.
The warrior class is the best to learn how to fight, having the greatest defense there is no need to worry about the damage you will take.
But at this moment what I need is not defense, with the number of people the essential is a class that I can kill quickly, so the best classes at that moment are. Swordsman, Assassin and Archer.
Mages take longer to attack so it's not time to use it yet.
Of the three classes my choice will be ... Archer.
Why my choice?. It is due to the status, to achieve a greater amount of damage I will put everything in strength, of course the damage from Swordsman and Assassin will increase, but with all my strength points I will be slower than those who allocated their point in agility, making it difficult to give the last blow.
So the class with the best chance of getting the last hit is the Archer. The Archer for each Lv gives the player +2 points in strength and +3 in agility.
Making my decision I choose the class change board. When I did that, in front of me appeared all 6 initial classes and a basic explanation of each one.
The archer class has the ability called Charged Arrow.
Charged Arrow.
Increases the damage of your arrow by 50%, required 1 second charge.
Cost: 20 Stamina.
Cooldawn: 30 seconds.
Seeing the Skill confirmed my decision. As soon as I clicked on the class, some items in my inventory changed.
In place of the sword a +20 attack dagger was formed, instead of the shield, a +50 attack bow took its place and to complete 200 arrows with +1 damage appeared in my inventory.
Having completed the class change, I switched to my status.
NumberZero. (Lv 2)
Class: Archer

Magic Attack:
Defense:
Velocity:
Strength: 7
Resistance: 5
Agility: 8
Intelligence: 5
Wisdom: 5
(Note: Lv 1 of all classes gives 5 points for each status.)
After choosing the class change my status returned to the starting stake, as I am now Lv 2 I have +10 status points to allocate, as I said everything will go to strength, so my strength is now 17.
NumberZero. (Lv 2)
Class: Archer.

Stamina: 50 St

Physical Attack: 170 Atk.

(If you like I can explain the basic system I made in an auxiliary chapter.)
As soon as I equipped my bow, my attack went from 170 to 220. That should be enough to hunt even if it is congested.
In addition to changing my status I also noticed some good places to hunt. There are very good places but it was taken by a group of people so I didn't go there.
I didn't have to look far to find another place, it was still bad to hunt here, but it should be enough to get the monster's last blow.
The monster I will be hunting is called the Monstrous Rabbit. It is a Lv 1 monster, because I am Lv 2 it will give me less XP, but my goal is only to get some leather and horn from this rabbit to complete the blacksmith's mission and then I will change my hunting place.
The Monstrous Rabbit is a monster a little bigger than the normal rabbit and he has a horn on his head that is used to attack. His life is 750 Hp and I noticed that his attack and speed is his forte.
I saw that 7 players were facing the rabbit, he was almost killed by their continuous attack, so taking my bow and an arrow I aimed at the rabbit, pulled the rope and let go.
The LLILI Online system provides hit support to those who use long-range attacks, not all are archers or they held an arc in their life.
Then the shot hit the rabbit but ....
The rabbit was already dead when the shot arrived ...
Well..... My second goal was to understand how the combat system of LLILI Online works. It must take a few hits to understand how I will make my hunting method work.
Aiming at another rabbit, he was still full of Hp, so I shot him to see how much damage I would do first. The arrow hit him hard and a red number appeared over the Rabbit's head.
-221
The life of 750 dropped to 529. I didn't get a chance to shoot again, 4 players started hitting the rabbit that soon died.
Now knowing how much damage I do, I had a rough idea of how to get some rabbits to die.
Looking around for other rabbits, I soon had my target, the rabbit was 543 alive and there were three players hitting him, life was decreasing rapidly, but it was long enough to shoot him.
The arrow arrived at the rabbit when he had 180 life left.
-222
"Congratulations, you killed a Monstrous Rabbit, you got +3 XP, +3 Bronze Coins, Rabbit Horn, 2 Rabbit Leather."
It worked. I pressed my bow and a smile appeared on my face, this emotion of defeating a monster ... Yes ... Hunting is extremely fun, I understand why they prefer this feeling instead of talking to Npcs.
Because I am Lv 2, I won less than the others, normally the Rabbit gives +7 XP and +7 bronze coins.
To go to Lv 3 now 3000 XP is needed, so I will only get enough to complete the mission and then change my hunting spot to one that gives more XP.
I continued with the same hunting method, it didn't always work but each time I improved my timing. It didn't take long to get the necessary to complete the mission and my Xp went up to 75/3000, I killed around 25 rabbits to complete the mission.
I didn't go back to the village, I just changed my hunting ground. This time the monster I am going to hunt is called Monstrous Boar. The wild boar hunting spot was also full of players, but compared to the rabbit, here it was much more free, there were still 3 or 4 players facing a single boar and from what I observed here they not only attack but also deflect.
I managed to see players being hit by the Boar he lost 120 life due to attack, 3 attacks by the Boar are enough to kill a player who doesn't have enough defense and life.
The Boar also has 1500 health, it seems that with each Lv the monsters get stronger.
Anyway, after training with the rabbits that are smaller than the Boar, I should have no problem giving him the last blow too.
Here I will stay for a long time, since I have 2 missions, one is to get teeth and leather from the Monstrous Boar and the second taking longer, eliminate 100 Monstrous Boars.
My excitement does not diminish even though I have changed my target. Again with my bow, I aimed right at the boar's eye and fired.
I was not so lucky, since when the shot arrived the Boar had 320 health left.
But the damage I did surprised me.
-331.
I took a moment to understand what happened. But if I got it right, the attack I gave must have been counted as a critical attack, increasing my damage by 50%.
"Congratulations, you killed a monstrous boar and got +15 XP, +7 bronze coins, +2 boar teeth and 1 boar leather.
My animation increased even more, hitting certain places from monsters can trigger a critical attack, I expected no less from a virtual reality game.
To try to trigger another critic, I tried to hit the boar's eye again, which I missed miserably. The support system only helps to hit the target, but does not help to hit its critical points.
That made it a little difficult, but it is still something that will amuse me.
...
Some time passed, my boar's death count had already reached 89, only a few were missing and it was about 2 hours before nightfall.
The Players had decreased, some probably went out to rest, however I found out that cannot leave the initial village even if I reach Lv 10, it will only be released in a week.
This is probably done to not let players skip over the entire starting village, since the starting village is practically a tutorial if they don't learn at least the basics the village would be useless.
Right now I'm waiting for my stamina to fill. Using the Charged Arrow cost 20 stamina and I only have 50, so I avoid using it.
As there were now several free boars without 3 to 4 players hitting him, my hunting method will not be effective. So I decided to change my class and face the boars head on.
In addition, I learned something I want to try.
The class I chose was Swordsman and then I relocated my points, which are now like this.
NumberZero. (Lv 2)
Class: Swordsman.
Status
Health: 500 Hp
Stamina: 100 St
Mana Points: 50 MP
Physical Attack: 120 Atk.
Magic Attack: 50 MP
Defense: 20 D
Speed: 40 + 8% = 43
Strength: 12
Resistance: 10
Agility: 8
Intelligence: 5
Wisdom: 5
Equipping the +70 attack sword, my attack was in 190. And the skill I obtained as a swordsman was.
Cutting power.
Increases the strength of your next attack by 30%.
Cost: 30 stamina.
Cooldawn: 60 seconds.
Having this status, I feel that I can face the Boar. A little anxiety is still inside me, as it will be the first time I have faced the boar head-on, but I still feel excited.
Equipping my sword, I faced the Monstrous Boar, he was bigger than a real boar. The Monstrous Boar wagged its tail as if it were making fun of me, but I didn't care.
With the sword in my hand, I advanced towards the boar. I was not a complete beginner with a sword, before taking care of Satoru I learned a little Kendo.
The Boar as if seeing my threat advanced on me too. Instead of facing him head on, I spin around like a basketball player and let my blade pierce his belly, thereby damaging him and deflecting of his attack.
-190.
Not allowing the Boar to recover, I reposition myself and attack him in the back, but I did not expect the Boar to hit me with a kick.
I made the same movement the last time, managing to narrowly deflect, but the Boar did not let me breathe, as I was beside the boar and totally open to his attack, the boar attacked me with its belly (as if it were a shoulder), pushing me and managing to knock me down.
-120.
My life went from 500 Hp to 380. And the Boar doesn't end, he started to move towards me with his head, unhesitating head butt forward. As I was on the ground and had difficulty moving, I only managed to roll to the side and deflecting the Boar's attack.
Looking at the Boar, he ended up hitting his head on the tree.
"The Monstrous Boar hit his head very hard, in a state of confusion for 5 seconds."
The warning it rang brought me out of my stupor, run to it again, having learned from my mistakes.
I activate my skill increasing the strength of my attack by 30% and decreasing my stamina by 30 points.
I hit his neck.
-370
A damage of 370 appears on top of the Boar, and taking advantage of the fact that it is still in a stupor I attack its paw. One of my goals to face the Boar is to test it and see what happens.
-190
"Mobility of Monstous Boar impaired."
The system warning did not take away my concentration. The boar looked like it was back, but I still attacked another one with its legs.
-190
Another damage appeared over the Boar, I take the opportunity to get away from him. it was just in time, I avoided his attack.
The test worked, I figured it would happen after seeing a player do something like that.
At that moment my Hp and Boar's were.
NumberZero: 380 Hp
Monstrous Boar: 560 Hp
In that time when the Boar was confused he lost more than half of his HP and he was badly injured in his paws, he barely can run to attack me, so the rest of the fight is simple.
"Congratulations, You killed a Boar ..." I didn't hear the announcement of the system, I just sat on the floor to breathe, my adrenaline was on the top now.
"That .... That was ..... Very ..... Very Cool." With eyes shining I started to laugh ... How long did I have fun with something like that ?. Defeating the Boar was one of the coolest things I've ever tried, with my adrenaline at the top I laughed even more.
"I'm glad I heard Satoru ..." I stood up and looked at my hand, which trembles with excitement.
"We are going to hunt more boar." Smiling I ate a loaf and waited for my life to recover and started to hunt another Boar.
It took a little longer than when I hunted with the bow, but I soon finished the quest to kill 100 Monstrous Boars.
This ended half of my hunting quests, the rest are still above my Lv.
The hunt increased my XP from 57/3000 to 1557/3000.
Returning to the village and completing the quests my Lvl increased from 2 to 3. The reward for killing 100 Boars was 1200 XP, while the items for the rabbit and the boar were 300 and 500 XP respectively.
Now my Lvl is 3 and my Xp it is at 557/5000. It seems that the XP for each Lvl increases by 2000.
And now it's dark ..... Which means ... Kill Lynch
The smile on my face shows my excitement at facing Lynch.
Before going to Joh's house, I bought some things from the stores in the village and allocated the status points I gained after upgrading from Lvl, after of this went to John.
Arriving at John's house, I knock on the door three times. It didn't take long for John to open and ask me to come in.
"You arrived .... It's time......... Let's kill Lynch."
