Federation Star. North Region's Ice Forest
The fight against the old human Sentries and Guide had badly ended. The humans had all died, but they didn't die under the doing either of the Ice Elementals or the Beast Race, but because they chose to self-implode to kill as many enemies as possible. Among the two sides the one badly affected is the Ice Elementals. They were used as shields by the Beast Race at the last moment. It's not that these beastmen were afraid of dying, but because this course of action could eliminate as much of these deathless beings. Since they collectively die this time, these Ice elementals healed themselves unexpectedly slower.
