Lin Yven finally wakes up but for some reason, he feels like he is dreaming despite the extreme pain spreading all over his body and mind. Seeing the appearance of Xue Ying made him feel a bit relaxed even though he was almost on the brink of death.

Caught in surprise, Xue Ying stiffened as he lowered his head allowing Lin Yven to hug him. Lin Yven rubs his face on the other as if a spoiled child showing his affection. Xue Ying pampered him and treated him affectionately like he was heartfelt.
