In the Med bay on Campus around 6pm
The was hysterical laughter coming out of the med bay which echoes through the halls
around the room.
"You lost to a weakling flame user, I'm dying ,I can't breathe" Josh said dying of laughter.
"I didn't lose to her we had a draw and I only lost because I underestimated her" Mia
said angrily
In the bed next to her
"Yeah I would've beat you from the beginning if you didn't use that OP ability of yours"
said Mellissa
Eli then said "Her ability before I trained her couldn't beat you, she only lost because she
underestimated her opponent and toyed around with you causing her to waste her
energy."
"If she would have fought seriously from the beginning you would have lost
immediately."
Mellissa looks at Eli and ask with puppy dog eyes
"Since I didn't lose and Mia didn't win does that mean you are my benefactor."
Eli looked at her and didn't say anything and put on a jacket and headed outside.
Josh finally calmed down from his laughter said to Eli "Where u going? Orientation is
tomorrow you can't leave. You have to be there."
"For a walk" Eli replied with minimal effort
As Eli walked down the dimly lit hallway to the balcony he felt a presence but wasn't
afraid or alarmed. He calmly looked forward and saw Jared on the balcony seemingly
waiting for him there.
Jared's' Mossy green hair blended well with moon light and his tuxedo glistened as he
stood there quietly.
Eli with his body peeking out of the Jacket leaned on the railing next to him.
"Who was he?" Jared said without a trace of emotion as he flicked the bud of his blunt
"I don't know who you're talking about" Eli said without hesitation
"Sigh well at least tell me what kind of trouble you're in because I know the both of us
felt it that feeling of pure dread that feeling of…" Jared replied with a solemn emptiness
in his eyes.
"Death" Eli finished his sentence
"Jared were dealing with fiction here and I can't seem to put the fiction to fact and stop
it. How do you stop a concept? Something that only exists to show you your end."
"Hmm" Jared scoffs "Well I can't help you kill something like that but I can protect my
students so if your friend wants to cause trouble just know that he'll have trouble
catching me. And the White Prince noticed him to and said if his little brother gets hurt in your fiasco then He'll kill you."
Jared then disappears and Eli just looked off into the distance, scoffs and walks back
inside.
Mia who was walking around the corner bumped into him. He looked down at her and
walked past her with a deadpan expression and Josh who was with her stopped her from
reaching out.
"leave him alone he gets like this when he's frustrated and can't think of a solution."
Said josh into her Ear,
Gabi materialized behind Josh and taps him on his shoulder he doesn't react because he
sensed her presence but Mia jumped when she saw her behind her.
Meanwhile in the bedroom by herself Mellissa who was too weak to walk began to smell
something foul in the air a rotten putrid stench but then it disappeared.
And in front of her bed sitting on a chair in front of her was a man with no shirt on
tattered pants and something on his back.
"Eli?" she asked in a daze waking up confused
He stood up glared at her and said "I was the one who killed your father in Brazil so
here's my apology"
Out of a daze and hearing his every word she looked at the man who had turned his back
to her and was about to try and attack when he turned around ignoring her and the last
glimpse she got before passing out due to what came next was the 12 winged Angel on
his back.
And then an aura so nasty and foul it seemed to want to kill everything it touched an
aura that came from the pits of hell itself.
Eli who was closest reacted quickly and dashed towards the room.
Mia Josh and Gabi reacted a bit later but she immediately opened at teleportation
portal for them to enter through.
Jared who was in his office doing paper work just disappeared and immediately showed
up in the room.
The man who was already walking through the door looked back and smiled and said
"I come and go like the tide, my presence shall be eternal as long as there is life, who am
I?" every word that came from his mouth sounded putrid and foul almost as if it wasn't
him speaking but a demon playing the harp on human vocal cords.
Jared's body immediately began to bend and fold as if gravity was about to collapse on
itself and he reappeared with a Wand and a Magic Hat which matched well with his suit.
"I'll show you why they call me The Magician ranked 69 in the T1" (Top 100 will be T1
from now on)
"Top 100? Where have I heard that before? not T1 but T10 and what was his
name king?" he replied with a smile filled with hate but not hatred toward Jared or King
but towards himself as if killing this man wasn't hurting Jared but himself.
Jared didn't realize this but he did realize that this man was the one who injured king the
strongest human. He didn't hesitate anymore and waved his want around and time
seemed to stop and slow down for everyone except Jared or so he thought. In the hall
way slowly creeping towards the room was Eli rushing to stop whatever was about to
happen as soon as he felt Jared's time slow ability he knew something was wrong but he
couldn't move fast enough to reach there in time and in the room Gabi who was just
about to materialize felt that her ability was being slowed and altered and realized it was Jared but being a space time mage too she quickly adjusted her mentality and forcefully materialized Josh and Eli into the room.
Jared who was still performing his magic trick looked at them and didn't say anything
but kept performing. Then when he thought it was working because he the figure wasn't
moving.
He looked up seemingly done pondering and looked at everyone in the room and smiled
snapped his fingers and a bony skeleton with a scythe appeared.
"Reaper keep them company I'm bored I've achieved my goal" he looks at the girl who
was unconscious and sweating like she was having a bad dream turned his back untied
the jacket from around his waist and put it on his body. The hoodie read "You can't
escape me".
And as they finished reading his Jacket his figure walked out the door fused with the
shadow and disappeared.
Then Eli who saw him disappear in front of him with an almost sad smile on his face used
all his remaining strength to push forward but just missed him.
He looked at the gang and Jared getting rid of the creature he summoned and smiled
bitterly and whispered under his teeth "God my ass what kind of god would make other
do his bidding."
He stood up walked in the room where the creature was just about to be killed and as if he
was knocking on a door sideways hit the creature and it shattered to pieces.
'Hey we could've do that ourselves" said Josh salty
Jared and Gabi looked at Eli with worried expressions that's twice he lost to the same
person.
Eli just Looked at Mellissa and smirked. Then he sat down on the sofa and went to sleep
Jared teleported out after Mia gave him the basics of who that was.
Mellissa went to bed too. Gabi and Josh teleported to their hotel sweet on the Campus
"Bro what kind of school has its own hotel?" Josh said admiring his bedroom
"The kind that gets 6 billion dollars in sponsorships alone every term" said Gabi cleaning
her staff
Josh ignored her remark and jumped in his bed and went to sleep and Gabi followed
soon after.
Mellissa who woke up in a cold sweet and looked at her hands in shock her flames were
no longer red but they were blue and they seemed to burn way hotter than before but
she wasn't used to this change yet so she wasted all her energy and fell asleep again.
Eli who noticed something was up examined the blue flames in her palm and went back
to sleep.
