Axel's PoV:
The numerous sharp spikes that were coated with condensed mana were pointed towards the Dragon King.
The Dragon King cast [Dragon Scales] which caused some of the mana in my body to transform into dragonic mana.
The dragonic mana then seeped into the Dragon King's skin and the dragonic mana in the Dragon King's skin transformed into dragon scales.
The Dragon King had finished casting one of the most common but useful dragon magic which was the [Dragon Scales] to use the dragon scales to withstand the incoming attack from the numerous sharp spikes that were levitating in the air.
The Dragon King had cast the [Dragon Scales] in a split second which allowed him to boost his defenses before the numerous sharp spikes would strike him.
