Fuyuko looked at them then walked from around the corner "I bet you're wondering what I did.."
Akihito stared at her, stunned that he would be caught by something like that. 'I can't believe I let that happen..it's over because of my stupid mistake. I led my group here and now we're gonna lose because of me' he thought to himself.
"Well..I knew you guys would think the same as me, I knew you weren't idiots. Maybe except Desuro, Misuri and that Blake guy"
"Knowing that you guys would think the same thing I quickly made sure I made it here before anyone else. And when I made it I set the traps there and waited for you all to walk into them. Simple right?"
Hikaru clicked his teeth with a irritated expression on his face.
Fuyuko and Desuro were walking towards the wall and the crowd went loud. They then walked into the wall and the maze disappeared.
'First place: Fuyuko and Desuro' said the large screen.
"Since the other participants are immobilized we will only give first place the spot!" Suok told to the participants and audience.
"Listen up!" Akihito yelled loudly, making the whole crowd and everyone go silent.
Akihito looked down, gritting his teeth angrily.
"You won this one..and I'll give that to you. But you have your motivation and I have mine, I'm going to beat every opponent I'm up against and I will get first place. I'm going to destroy the king and become the new king. The type of king who's gonna make this world a better place. A king who's not gonna beat on women and abuse people for fucking years!!"
Hikaru, Hiyami, Sara, Ichiro, Blake, Misuri, Fuyuko, Desuro, and the girl wearing the hoodie all stared at Akihito.
They were all listening to every word that he was saying. Even the crowd went silent and paid attention.
Fuyuko stopped her spell on them, making them able to move again but they continued to look at Akihito.
"You need proof..do you need proof?!" Akihito started looking around at the crowd "here's the proof" Akihito took his shirt off and threw it on the ground, revealing a bunch of scars from the Kings abuse.
"That guy..that guy is my father as you all know and he killed my mother for reasons I don't know but there should never be a reason for that!" Akihito then looked at the king fiercely "you destroyed everything important to me. You're still destroying things..and I want you to know that I'm gonna kill you myself! If it's the last thing I do!"
Akihito had nothing but hatred in his eyes as he stared at the king. The king looked a bit startled but tried to snap out of it.
'I guess he's been bottling up these emotions since the start..knowing the king was right there watching them must be rough, especially after what the king did to him and his mom' Hikaru thought to himself.
"Do you really think the king did that?"
"What there's no way"
"That poor kid"
"He's an abuser, I should've known something was up when he said he could send monsters to the outside world"
"The king is crazy"
"Didn't the king say he's been killing some of the participants and sending monsters to the outside world?"
People started to mumble and whisper about the king and suddenly the crowd started booing the king.
The king froze then stood up "silence!" The king yelled, it echoed throughout the stadium but Akihito didn't flinch from it one bit.
The king stood up from his throne and looked at Akihito. The king walked down to the arena and walked up to Akihito.
The king and Akihito stared at eachother deeply.
The king then brought his book out and showed Akihito his spells.
Akihito stared at it shocked from how many and how rare the spells he had were.
The king smiled at him "I'm your dad and I'm gonna teach you a lesson about disrespecting me. Understand me?"
"You're not my father..you're a monster just like the monsters in this world and I'm gonna kill you just like them.."
"I'm not your father huh? Then why did your mom call me daddy when I was doing her?" The king responded with a smile.
Akihito got angrier then rushed at the king but Hikaru immediately held him back "now isn't the time.." Hikaru said to Akihito.
"Why are you even mad? Because you lost this part of the tournament? Pathetic" the king said.
"No..I'm mad because I've been having to stay here in the same place knowing a bunch of people could be in danger..it's been on my mind this whole time" Akihito said.
Hikaru then faced the king as well "I don't know you..I don't know all that you did but Akihito is a friend of mine and I'll trust him..you hurt people? Then we have no choice but to hurt you. You can bet on that"
Akihito and Hikaru both stared at the king, and the king stared back.
The crowd started to cheer as Akihito and Hikaru turned around and walked away "start the next part to the tournament we're done with you" Akihito said.
The other participants were in shock.
Sara looked at Akihito even more in shock 'h-how didn't I notice..this boy. He's her son" she thought to himself.
The king looked irritated then walked out of the arena and back up to his thrown.
"Woah now that was intense! But we now have only one more part to the tournament..the part you guys have probably been looking forward to. The fighting!!" Suok yelled. The crowd was still cheering.
The screen brought up a picture of the people who were gonna be fighting eachother "it's simple. It's a bracket, whoever is the last one standing will win!"
"For the first fight we have the crazy girl as you all know her, it's Hiyami!!" Suok announced, making the crowd loud.
"Vs the strong man, the guy with the giant hammer, we have D-D-Desuro!!" The crowd continued to cheer
A stage formed and there were sidelines for the participants who weren't fighting to wait for their turn.
"It's simple, you'll lose if you step out of the stage, admit defeat, killed, knocked unconscious or unable to continue the fight" Suok explained.
"Now participants fighting, line up and let's get this party started!"Suok yelled.
Akihito and the other participants went to the sidelines and sat at the bleachers
Hiyami and Desuro walked on opposite sides of the stage then stepped on it.
"I'm not scared of this chick..she's gonna get destroyed!!" Desuro yelled.
Hiyami smiled and stared at him "let's make this quick..shall we?"
