The first contact happened between the skeletons and the goblins. Joker wasn't rushing towards the goblins, he wanted to see how capable the skeletons were on their own and he was surprised. Even though the goblins were weak creatures in general and very low leveled, so were his skeletons, but they could still handle the goblins pretty well.
The first skeleton Joker had created had grabbed the dagger wielding gobling by the neck and with it's left hand and was trying to strangle him. The dagger was completely useless as the goblin stabbed between the skeletons' ribs, unfortunately there was nothing to stabd, so he was only able to hit the bones, which had no effect at all. The skeleton put it's other hand around the goblins' neck, resulting in the goblin slowly panicking and stabbing the skeletons' face. Again, there was no effect, until the goblin jammed the dagger in the right eye socket, which resulted in two cracks in the skull, one above and one below the right eye. Joker saw that the cracks didn't heal, as the life slowly left the goblin. The first goblin was killed and now the skeleton rushed to another target.
The sword wielding goblin and one of the club wielding ones ganged up on the smallest skeleton, which Joker guessed to have been a woman, by the structure of it's bones. The sword showed a bit more effect than the dagger did, but that was not the problem. The problem was the club, which broke a few of the skeletons' ribs, while the skeleton tried to claw out the sword goblin's eyes. The tall skeleton grabbed the club wiedling goblin from behind and started biting his neck, which made the goblin cry out in pain. The goblins' cries were loud and it sounded like a pig that was being slaughtered, which would eventually attract more goblins. When the tall skeleton killed it's second goblin, the small skeleton finally succeeded in blinding the sword wielding goblin. Now there was only two goblins left, which both stood no chance against two skeletons each.
Joker went towards the skeletons, ignoring the goblin corpses, because they had not dropped anything. Upon death, every monster and creature dropped all of the items it owned, like in a video game. Except for the gear they were using, in case it was a creature which knew how to use or equip items. The weapons used by the goblins were shitty and Joker knew they were of no use to him, but maybe the skeletons could pick them up? Before trying that out, he first wanted to heal the skeletons, which he had seen in the past. Some necromancers had automatically healed their skeletons, but those were high leveled necromancers with enough mana to spare. Beginners did it manually, because they didn't want their mana to be drained during a fight. Joker went up to the small skeleton, put his hand in front of the broken ribs and concentrated on them. He felt his mana getting lower as the broken ribs slowly healed. He healed the biggest cracks the skeletons had, until it was the tall ones' turn. He saw the cracks above and below the right eye socket and decided to not heal them. They looked like a scar and he could use them to differentiate them better.
*Ding*
[Characteristic saved! When healing this specific skeleton, the cracks above it's eye will remain there!]
"Nice!, thank you system!", Joker said, laughingly. He tossed the cigarette butt away and looked at the skeleton, thinking about giving it a name.
"Hmm.. I think Cracky wouldn't said too good, what do you think about the name Scars?", he asked, knowing the skeleton wouldn't be able to answer.
"Skreeee!"
"Ok, then from now on your name is Scars!", he said, amused from the reaction.
*Ding*
[Skeletons level insufficient, name cannot be registered!]
"What? I can register names for my summons!? Good to know.", Joker said, talking to himself.
"It doesn't matter if I can register the name or not, from now on I will call you Scars.", he said, looking at the skeleton. He liked that idea better than thinking about them as "the tall one" and "the small one", or even worse, naming them One, Two, Three and Four. Well he had to do that for the other three right now, because they didn't have any outstanding features yet.
"Scars, try using the sword!", Joker said, which made him go and pick up the rusty short sword the goblin used.
*Ding*
[Skeletons level insufficient, weapon cannot be used!]
"Oh come on.."
Joker knew that skeletons could use weapons, as he had seen skeleton warriors and skeleton knoghts in his previous life, which were able to use a variety of different weapons. He guessed they just needed to grow stronger and level up, or maybe he had to level up his [Raise Skeleton] skill.
"Never mind. Ok against goblins, you guys will from now on fight like this! Scars, you and the small one.. I'm talking to you.. Will team up and you other two guys will also team up. Support each other and try to dodge some of the attackes, constantly healing your broken bones will drain my mana and it's a pain in the ass. Nod if you understand!", Joker said and to his surprise, they all nodded their heads.
"Good. Also, perfect timing, there's more goblins coming from over there. This time it was seven goblins, all of them regular ones. He didn't really expect to see a goblin captain immediately, but it would also not surprise him. Goblin's ranked from the lowest goblin, to the goblin warrior and the goblin captain afterwards. In case a goblin knew how to use magic, it could rank up and become a goblin mage, before it's last rank up, the goblin shaman, but those were really rare. Goblins were not very intelligent creatures, so there were not many mages or shamans in their ranks. The ones they had on the other hand, could be considered to be dangerous opponents, as they were not just highly intelligent for their species, they also held high ranks among them and were able to command them. Goblins fighting in a structured manner would be a lot more dangerous than the ones who fought like the ones the skeletons had just killed. Dumb and only relying on raw strength.
If those goblins could survive long enough, at one point they would be able to evolve into hobgoblins, which were could not be compared to regular goblins. While the regular goblin is around 1.50m in heigth, the regular hobgoblin with 2.0m was as tall as a regular orc, which made them taller than Joker who was 1.90 tall. Hobgoblins were also very muscular, strong, fast and they also had sharpened senses, which made them opponents that shouldn't be underestimated.
Joker raised his sword, which was still unsheathed and slowly ran towards the new group of goblins. He commanded Scars group to take the two on the right and the other dou to take the two on the left. He would handle the three in the middle on his own. Actually it was the two in the middle. Shortly before clashing with them, Joker had used [Shadow Rush] to speed up. One of the surprised goblins couldn't raise his sword up in time and Joker cleanly split his head in half with a two handed slash.
The skeletons were now fighting the other goblins while Joker faced the remaining two goblins in the middle. One of them had two daggers, while the other one held a short sword in his hands, like the first one Joker had killed. First he blocked the two daggers with his sword, then he blocked the other goblins, who tried to stab his side. Their movements were crude and their attacks were full of openings, which Joker could have used to counter and kill them, but he choose not to. He parried each of their attacks for some time until finally..
*Ding*
[Skill – Parry – created!]
"Perfect!", he laughed. Now that he had what he wanted, he countered their attacks and quickly killed them. He had killed three goblins in a short amount of time, without it being a challenge. After the skeletons had killed two more goblins and the total count of dead goblins reached ten, he got another notification.
*Ding*
[Level up! Level 2!]
The first level up would be easy, he just had to kill 10 goblins to level up once. While the skeletons were finishing off the remaining goblins, Joker didn't pay any attention to that fight.
"Character Info", Daniel said and his stats appeared in front of him.

"10 attribute points per level up?", Joker was shocked. He knew that the difference in stars ones's character class had, influenced the amount of stat points per level up, but why ten?
Character classes with one star would each get 5 points per level up. Two stars would receive six points, three stars seven points and four stars would receive eight points. Now following that pattern, a five star class should receive nine points, but the system gave that extra point out as a additional reward, to everyone who was lucky or talented enough to receive the higest character class ranking. On one side, Joker felt cheated, as he had been in a disadvantage in his previous life. He had only gained six points per level up, until he was able to raise his characters' ranking, which was hard. In the meantime, others had gained a massive advantage in their attributes, which would directly influence someone's overall power. Now on the other hand, he was smiling widely, because he realised how massively overpowered he could become. Combining everything he knew, with this battle experience and the highest amount of attribute points one could possibly get.. Joker laughed, before distributing the points.

Now it was time to check out his new skill too.
[Parry]
Intermediate rank level 1
Deflect five physical attacks without taking any damage from it.
Mana cost: 30 Mana
Cooldown: 5 hours
[Parry] was one of the skills every physical class, or melee, needed to know. In the beginning stages it gave you the possibility to parry one of your opponents physical attackes, without that attack dealing any damage. The more it's skill level and rank rose, the more attacks one could parry. Joker also started this skill on the intermediate rank, raising the numbefr of attacks which he could block to five and reducing the massive cooldown this skill had to five hours.
There was only one goblin left, when he commanded the skeletons to surround it and stop attacking. The goblin was trembling.
"You, other goblins, where?", Joker said in the goblins voice. After all the time in the past he, like most other people had learned various of the different races' languages. In this case, the crude way of speaking wasn't due to him being not fluent in the goblin's language, it was quite the opposite. He spoke all of the different languages fluently. The goblin's language was just terrible. The worst part was the way it sounded. It involved a lot of growling and squeaking, which made goblins sound like pigs.
"It speaks goblin language?"
"Yes it does! Other goblins, where? How many?", he repeated the questions raising his sword and slowly walking towards the only survivor.
"Wait! Ten and ten that direction. Others many more in new camp!", the terrified goblin told him. Ten and ten was the goblins' way of saying twenty.
"The camp, where?"
"New camp, that direction. New cave have lots of food!"
"That direction? Cave have yellow sign above entrance?"
The goblin nodded so hard that his ears were shaking. Joker now knew, that there was twenty other goblins in the direction the ones he just killed came from. The rest of them were further away in the same direction, they cave with the yellow sign and lots of food was the next supermarket in that direction, so he found out where their camp was. There was only one more thing he wanted to know. He pointed the palm of his open hand towards the goblin survivor.
"Dark Arrow!", as he spoke, a black arrow, giving of the same black mist like the [Shadow Rush] skill, shot out of his hand and hit the goblin in the chest. The arrow left a wound and knocked the goblin back, but didn't kill it, as it's proficiency or Joker's intelligence stat was too low. The goblin, which fell over tried to stand back up, but Joker didn't let it. A quick slash and the goblins' head fell to the ground and rolled over.
"Hmm, I guess I'll have to level that one up!", Joker said. He had seen the dark arrow skill before. The necromancers in the past were so proficient in it, that they could quickly shoot many arrows with each use, making the skill into some sort of magic machine gun. Also the power behind it was lacking, as Joker's had just left a wound there, but he knew that those arrows could go through bodies and hit enemies behind the original target.
Now before going on to hunt some more goblins, there was still one thing he almost forgot about. And that was the treasure chest he found.
