"Do you know those people?" Aria asked.
Lorelei gave a side glance to Aria before sighing. She had just told the woman to be silent, but look at what she was doing! Making sounds left and right.
After some seconds, she reckoned that they were far enough for the other party to not pick up their presences, so she decided to answer.
"Of course I do. Rudis is small. Everybody knows everybody." Lorelei replied, not sure what to do.
She sensed trouble from that unfamiliar piece of rock. But above anything, she was aware of her own position in this forest.
Even if she tried to report a suspicious behavior, if it was committed by a fellow villager.. It was more likely that the crime would be pinned down on her instead. That was how low the villagers viewed her as.
