When Zehell adopted the infant Aria, he was only in his teenage years. He was also a struggling spirit, but he felt drawn to take Aria in and care for her. He did his best to fulfill the role of a guardian, and he did end up doing it very well.
Aria couldn't ask for a better guardian for her. She couldn't imagine someone whose efforts could exceed what her teacher did for her.
When Aria grew up, he was only about to step into his thirties.
One might say that the thirties was a decent age, but in Aria's time, people could live up to hundreds of years if their power sufficed.
But Zehell's life had to be ended in such an early stage compared to the power he held. The wisdom, the intelligence, the strength he possessed- all of it went down the drain.
Aria's eyes misted as she thought about all the memories she shared with the man. The emotions that were deeply locked inside her heart burst out.
