Lucky sat on the wall of the destroyed outpost. Pandora's forces scouted and moved through the forest around. Jessica walked to Lucky, and sat next to him. "Tell me. How old are you exactly, and what happened to you." She said. "You aren't exactly human, huh?" Lucky asked. "Part. I can feel your pain from miles away, and I want to know how such a young individual could feel so much." She answered. "I'm Thirteen billion years old. I was made by the immortal Crimson. The physical embodiment of violence. As for what happened to me. The immortals made eternals. Semi-immortal individuals who, when they die, can change their physical manifestation. I'm what's commonly called a J5, or 'The resilient'." Lucky said. "Continue." Jessica replied. "When my brothers and sisters turned against the immortals, and used their gifts for evil, the immortal Death activated his creation. Jack. The only being in the universe who can kill eternals fully. He killed six of us in a few months." Lucky said looking down. "Jack. The big seven Jack?" Jessica asked. "He's the tenth most powerful being in all existence." Lucky answered. "What happened after?" Jessica asked. "Well, Jack got to me. But because of my gift he couldn't kill me. Not then anyway, but it forced our planets into a war that lasted longer than most eternals remember. Eventually the immortals got tired of it, and granted Jack the gift of mass destruction. He flew into space by himself and supercharged himself. He destroyed my entire planet, but because he lost control he destroyed the other seven. Leaving only his. J-4-CK. His original name actually wasn't Jack either. It was 'Failsafe'. Desperate for a name he took the name of his planet, but as time went on it was forgotten so they called him Jack. Few know why, but everyone knows that you should fear him." Lucky finished. "Is that why you're called Lucky? You survived Jack twice?" Jessica asked looking at Lucky. Lucky nodded and smiled. "I'll never forgive him, or his immortal. I understand why it was necessary, but that doesn't change anything." He said standing up. "I'm sorry Liam." Jessica said. Lucky nodded and jumped down onto the ground. He stretched and smiled. He slowly walked off. Jessica sighed, and watched the forest.
