Mr Tommy has been experiencing steady growth in the cartel over the years since Tobin came in. He has grown find of Tobin always seeking his ideas whenever he was planing on doing anything. He sees Tobin as wise chap that Mr Lancaster made a mistake of exchanging for Sharon. Since after the Lancaster incident the stardom cartel had over the years not engage in any major dispute with any other cartel or gang. They continue operating their business of smuggling under great secrecy under Tobin. Tobin has been put in charge of most of their missions and he had always come out successful to he envy of others. Mr Tommy worries only about two things. One the day Tobin will finally have to leave the cartel and second the day the word SUBRANO will make sense to someone else other than himself.
