Chapter 2 - Sarcasm Does Not Pay

Extravaganza way to start a story. Welcome in my life. Name, Jay Clarke. Age, Halibut...Joking. Age, Twenty. Family status, Single. Life Goal, None of your problem. I am a tad bit different from normal humans. I have special abilities which help me do a lot of impossible tasks. Like, cleaning my house of a few hectar in a time record. Doing the lunch for everybody in my house, playing with my little sisters and finishing my homework at the same time. A typical life, you would say. But these powers changed my life completely. I was born with them. I grew up with them. And hell know, I had a beautiful childhood till my adulthood. My parents as cold as they were gave me everything but love. As my little sisters were kept afar for being useless, I took them with me. And in the hundred million dollar house, Only my sisters and I were living in. My parents lived their life on their own if you want to know. This was my life. Taking care of their lives and mine at the same time.

And I wished to one day give them each proper love. My definition of 'Proper Love' being money. I only worked in the malls' shops so far. And being an adult I hoped would give me plenty of options. And as soon as I would get them, I would do them all. Just for my sisters. Yet..Yet... Yet, on my eighteenth birthday, the entire world learnt about my powers and my life ended.

My parents easily gave me away. My sisters were left on their own. And I was taken to an island in the tropics. And there, I discovered something I never thought would exist. Young adults around the same age as me or even older being kept in cage. But their gaze was different from mine. While I seeked a way to flee, they were composed and calm. As if, this was normal. And when I thought of taking them out, soldiers gathered around me like they felt my animosity. And suddenly shocked me with their electric bats. The charge too powerful, my body just gave out and I fell.

It wasn't my first time being treated like a slave and it didn't surprise me. The next day, I woke up inside a bigger cage where I wasn't alone. A little blond boy levitating at one end and a taller woman at the other end talking to a copy of herself. Thats when I realised the harsh reality. I wasn't alone and I am now a pawn. I was hesitant as to asking them the current situation. But then, he appeared. He, the dream talker. A fictional being who started fucking with my life when I was ten. He rarely appeared, but when he did. He would freeze time and called me in my own mind. And I was distracted by him, he would take posession of my body and go on a rampage. For those who didn't get it, he's the reason the world learnt about me. And now, I'm stucked and he's back. I can't do anything about him but wait. I wonder how he'll do this time..

Suddenly, Jay got up but it wasn't her. She activated her power but it wasn't her. She destroyed the cage but it wasn't her.

Earlier she stated that she could lift a titanic-size ship off the water by a hundred metres. But she forgot to precise some points. First, if she tried to use her power she wouldn't exceed more than one hour use. Second, if she tried to lift a body weighing more than herself she would die painfully. Third, at any time, an alter-ego can take her place and break the two previous laws. In short, her alter-ego was the caused of all her misfortune..
