"How much of an idiot I am!" I cried.
With a slight push of the door, the gate opened on its own. The entire designs and locks were just a bluff to trick us, dammit!
All the members behind me stared at my back, judging me for who I am. Not a single creature defended me or even claimed that we had not tried pushing through the grand doors.
The doors took forever to reveal the insides. After a minute of waiting outside, the gates finally invited us to explore the cave.
We stepped foot into the cavern and found thousands of bats exiting the place. I almost thought the man wearing a suit and a cape would come and attend to us, but he did not.
Our eyes greeted the ores and blocks of unidentified stones all over the place. The bright light of torches on each side provided light inside the cave. My feet also sensed the rough texture of the ground, probably because of the dry land.
