"Turns out, I miss going to school rather than fighting monsters every day," I mumbled to myself as I greet the chandelier, swaying back and forth in a linear motion. It was an annoying sight at first, but I felt we had a connection.
I got up from my demonic, dark bed and swept the curtains from the castle. The world outside welcomed my eyes as I saw the towering boulders canyon filled with spoils of war and corpses lying around.
It was not a pleasant sight, so I hurriedly closed the sheets and gyrated back to the room.
I heaved out a sigh and went outside the enormous looking gates, with a crest that looked like a demon's head to me.
"Boo!" An abrupt voice shouts at me from behind.
I immediately put up my defences and shielded myself from whatever's coming my way. Fortunately, there was nothing there to harm me. It was my hyperactive goblin friend who played a prank on me.
