"Wenwen, can we talk privately."
"Um...sure."
Not sure why Lu Jingyi wanted to talk privately but she agreed. She must have something to tell her.
"You can go to the garden at the back."
Mo Zhexuan, who was behind Lu Jingyi, told them they can have a chat in the garden. And he instructed one of the servant to lead them there.
Lu Jingyi thanked him and grabbed Xu Wenwen's hand following the servant to the garden.
After the servant led them to the garden, they sat on a bench nearby.
"Wenwen, is your fear still haunt you?"
Xu Wenwen didn't expect Lu Jingyi asked her that question.
Lu Jingyi was worried she was still affected even after the incident in the past and become even serious after what happened yesterday.
She did feel that her trauma was coming back to her when President Huang touched her. She was really scared.
But when Mo Zhexi came to her rescue, all her fear instantly vanished and she wasn't afraid anymore.
Thus, Xu Wenwen shook her head answering Lu Jingyi's question
"The fear did haunt me but after Zhexi came to my rescue, I'm not scare anymore. I didn't even have a nightmare yesterday. It's been quite a long time that I had that nightmare. After meeting Zhexi, I didn't really dreamt of that incident anymore."
Lu Jingyi was stunned but was glad she was fine. It proved that Mo Zhexi gave her a sense of security.
Lu Jingyi then went to hug Xu Wenwen.
"If you had trouble overcoming your fear in the future, tell me or Zhexi. Don't keep it to yourself. I hope to lessen your burden."
Xu Wenwen teared up. She nodded and hugged Lu Jingyi back.
"Don't cry. Didn't you just apply medicine? Don't let it ruin the effect of the medicine."
"It's your fault. You're the one who made me cry."
"You're more of a crybaby than me."
Lu Jingyi laughed while wiping Xu Wenwen's tears. She smiled playfully while teasing her.
"Is your wedding dress ready?"
After Xu Wenwen stopped crying and wiped all her tears, she asked Lu Jingyi about the wedding dress she designed for herself.
"Yes. After that, a few days later, Zhexuan and I will go and take our wedding pictures. When we come back, we'll be getting ready for our wedding day. You are coming over to my house, right? You said you want to plan the games."
"I remember. Don't worry. I already had a few ideas."
"Okay. Then, let's go back in now."
Xu Wenwen nodded and went with Lu Jingyi back in.
"Since eveyone here, let's have lunch together."
Mother Mo was excited because both of her future daughter-in-laws were here. She wanted to have lunch with them.
No one had objection and they stayed for lunch. Mother Mo instructed the chefs to made more dishes.
Before the food was cooked, all of them just sat at the living room chatted and watching television.
Mother Mo kept talking to Lu Jingyi and Xu Wenwen while the three men were neglected by them and had nothing to say.
Even Mo Zhexi, the talkative one between the three of them, was also speechless. He actually wanted to talk to Xu Wenwen but Mother Mo didn't gave him the chance.
And thus, while the women were talking happily, Father Mo continued read newspaper, Mo Zhexuan looked at his phone for business and Mo Zhexi just sat there staring at Xu Wenwen.
