Two days fly in the blink of an eye. And it was the day where Lu Jingyi and Mo Zhexuan to be engaged to each other.
It was a busy yet joyous day for everyone. Lu Jingyi had prepared their engagement clothes in the changing room.
They engagement banquet was held in one of the hotel that the Mo family's owned. It's called Seasons.
While Father Mo, Mother Mo and Father Lu were welcoming the guest, Mo Zhexi and Xu Wenwen were helping the couple to get ready.
In Lu Jingyi's dressing room, she was wearing a dress she designed. Xu Wenwen helped in putting her makeup.
"Wow. Our Jingyi is the prettiest when dressing up."
Xu Wenwen looked up and down on Lu Jingyi. She had a fair and milky white skin which the dress had showcased it.
The dress is sleeveless and it only length below her knees. She designed her dress based on 'something blue' where blue represent the colour of love, purity, faithfulness and modesty.
Her dress matches with the shoes Mo Zhexuan gave, a crystal heels and with her hair tied up with some accessories.
She looked so beautiful that no one can take their eyes off her.
Xu Wenwen was proud of her friend and happy for her. She was emotional and was about to cry but she stopped herself.
Lu Jingyi looked at the mirror and spotted Xu Wenwen's eyes were red.
"What's wrong? Why are you crying?"
"I'm not crying. This is my happy tears. I just happy for you because you found someone who truly loved you."
Lu Jingyi smiled gently and stood up. She stood in front of Xu Wenwen and helped her wiped her tears away.
"Thank you. You also have someone who truly loved you. So, don't cry. We'll be happy together. You and Zhexi are perfect for each other."
"I said I'm not crying. I was just trying not to let the tears fall and ruin my makeup."
"Ok, Ok. Let me help you with your makeup."
"Stop. Your the main character tonight. I'll do it myself."
Xu Wenwen then sat in front of the mirror and starting redoing her makeup. Lu Jingyi laughed silently and shook her head.

The entrance of the hotel, Mr See and his family had just arrived. When they entered, they were greeted by the couple's parents.
"Good evening, Mr Mo, Mrs Mo and Mr Lu. Congratulations on your children's engagement."
"Welcome, Mr See. And this must be your wife and daughter. Thank you for coming."
They shook hands and one of the waiter was waiting to lead them to their seat.
See Weiling looked at the picture of Lu Jingyi and Mo Zhexuan when they passed by. She stopped a while and gently touched Mo Zhexuan on the picture and smiled.
She was envious that Lu Jingyi had gotten herself this perfect man but not too long. In the end, she'll be the ultimate winner.
When they arrived at their arranged seat. See Weiling told her parents that she was going to the washroom to fix her makeup.
But in actual fact, she was going to find Mo Zhexuan.
She walked around the place and asked some direction and finally arrived at her destination.
She knocked twice on the door and waited for response. When she heard 'Come in', she opened the door and went inside.
Mo Zhexuan was sitting on the chair and fixing his tie which Lu Jingyi gave him. They each gave a present on their engagement day and promised to wear them.
When Mo Zhexuan saw it was See Weiling entered, his face darkened and frowned.
