"Trust me, there is no one who can make my heart beat fast except you "
"I am not sure. How can I believe you, when men's promises are often fake!"

"Try touching it again!" Samuel said quickly. He smiled when he saw Evelyn moving awkwardly, as if she had just realized that she had been fooled.
"You fooled me!" Evelyn said emmbarasedly.
Instantly Samuel chuckled with tears welling up in the corners of his eyes.
This was the first time he could laugh sincerely, after the death of his beloved one.
"Ha ha ha!"
Evelyn was annoyed when she heard her boss' laughter. She was fooled again by him and innocently, she was still trapped as well.
This was not the first time she was fooled by him, especially when her boss was in his territory.
"Annoying!!!" Evelyn exclaimed irritably.
She stepped back regularly and lowered her head in embarrassment. She glared fiercely when she heard Samuel's laughter again.
"Ha ha ha!"
"Humb!" Evelyn snorted irritably.
"Evelyn's future husband must be very lucky to have her as his wife?" Samuel thought with a small smile.
"It's all because you don't seem as enthusiastic as you normally would, so I thought you might be sick. But, never thought that I would be fooled by you again. That's impolite, you know!" Evelyn said angrily.
She glared at Samuel but instead he smiled back at her, making Evelyn puff up her cheeks funny.
"Ok, ok....I apologize, and thank you for your concern about me even though I was just kidding!" Samuel said sincerely.
"Don't do that ever again, Sir. One day, if you got really sick, I would not be by your side," Evelyn said ambiguously.
"Her words can really lead to misunderstanding." Samuel thought.
"No, I won't. I'm sorry!" Samuel replied in defeat
Did anyone pay attention to Evelyn' s way of speaking towards her boss.
Yup, exactly.
Now, she was talking to him in a more relaxed way compared to a month ago.
This started from their togetherness last weekend, when they spent time together, after finishing the meeting by walking around in the flower garden.
Although the activity made Samuel feel extremely tired, but seeing his assistant who was no longer awkward with him, he felt happy, as if there was something in his heart that felt proud of his actions in making those tiny lips smile.
Evelyn was not like his assistant that he had before. Not only had she strong faith, but also knew how to place herself.
If most of his old assistants in three days, he could bring them into bed, then Evelyn was not like that, let alone her body, even her smile to Samuel, she gave it after twentieth day of working with him. And the smile here reffered to a genuine smile which came from the heart, not the polite or awkward smile that she used to show it in front of him.
"Lyn!" Samuel exclaimed suddenly, making Evelyn, who was checking the files in front of him, raised her face to look at him.
"Hem?" Evelyn muttered.
"I don't have a fiance!" Samuel said.
Instantly, Evelyn frowned in confusion.
"So?" Evelyn replied.
She looked at Samuel with a confused face, which looked very adorable.
"The call earlier," Samuel replied shortly.
"What's with it?" Evelyn asked back.
Samuel sighed resignedly, why did he have to explain something that his assistant did not understand.
"I don't want you to misunderstand. I'm telling you, so that you know!" Samuel exclaimed with exasperation.
"Thank you for the information, Sir, but what has that to do with me?" Evelyn still asked in confused with her eyes looking at Samuel as if Samuel was a strange man with all his behavior.
"Yeah, you're right," Samuel murmured in a whisper so that Evelyn who looked at Samuel with a confused look, couldn't hear it.
" Hmm, so what has that to do with her? " Samuel thought also in confused.
"Don't get me wrong. I just want you to be informed, so if someone calls and claims to be my fiance, you know how to answer !" Samuel said evasively. Actually, he felt ashamed of himself when his assistant asked him like that, after all, if he had a fiance, it had nothing to do with Evelyn.
"Oh, I see. Fine Sir, next time I will immediately reject it, if someone claims to be your fiance?" Evelyn replied understandingly.
Between relief and exasperation, Evelyn's straightforward answer made him sigh.
"It's a relieved. The important thing is that she knows," Samuel thought.
"Hm, so if someone calls me again as my fiance and you accept it, you will get scold by me. Do you understand?" Samuel said threateningly. He looked intently at Evelyn who only nodded understandingly.
"Yes sir, I understand!" Evelyn replied.
"Ok, you can go back to your desk now!"
Samuel drove Evelyn away while swinging his right hand, causing Evelyn to snort.
"Yes sir, excuse me!" Evelyn said obediently.
" Humb...Did you think, I am a chicken sending me away like that? " Evelyn grumbled.
"I hear you, Lyn!"
"Oh my God, Sir!" Evelyn cried hurried away.
She opened the door and immediately closed it, leaving Samuel who could only shake his head.
"If it weren't for Riki, I would have approached her properly," Samuel muttered irritably.
Samuel remembered Riki's warning when a few days ago Riki went to his condo to pick up Evelyn, who was working late at his place.
"Don't equate Evelyn like other women. She is still pure both her heart and mind especially from a guy like you, Sam."
Those were Riki's warning, even though the tone was relaxed, but he knew that his cousin, indirectly signaled that Evelyn was his.
"Tsk ... Women are not only her. What right does he have to prohibit me from approaching Evelyn? If I wanted, I could get her straight away," Samuel muttered irritably.
He then continued his job and wanted to finish it as soon as possible remembering that tonight there would be a party from one of his colleagues and he had to attend it.
" Wait, talking about parties. Does Evelyn know that every employee who worked as his personal assistant, have to accompany me to a party? Hmm, I have to ask her ," Samuel murmured.
He decided to call Evelyn and asked about it.
Tut! Tut! Tut!
Click!
"With Evelyn, how can I help you !?"
"Do you know about tonight party?" Samuel asked straightforwardly.
"I know sir!"
"Good, tonight we go together!" Samuel replied Arlan.
"What do you mean Sir?"
"Tonight, at seven pm, I'll pick you up!" Samuel replied curtly.
He ended the call unilaterally. He then smiled when he realized that he would spend one more night together with Evelyn.
"Sorry Ki, I can't " Samuel muttered.
Not that he meant snatching, but he was just wondering if it was really that hard to get Evelyn.
Meanwhile, outside Samuel's room. Evelyn, who was still confused, became even more confused when she heard what her boss said.
"Party? Why do I have to come too?" Evelyn muttered in confusion. She shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly, then continued her work which had been delayed.
