It seem that I should tell you my back story. hello my name is Percy Evangale. I'm 18 and work and average job I was lucky and was able to get a management position in my second year at a retail store. Not that it was all luck I worked hard and always stayed an extra hour sometimes two.
My parents died when I was 16 so I used the saved money they had to get an apartment
and continue schooling like I think they wanted. I did leave them on a good note so it was a peaceful parting not that it wasn't hard on me, if Bethany and Samuel weren't there I would have lost it. I didn't have a terrible relationship with my extended family but it wasn't the best either. I think some blamed me for thier death for whatever reason, though I talk with my uncle a lot.
Samuel was an average middle class family not super rich but they didn't worry about bills;
mostly do to living in a large apartment instead of a house. Not that it is a bad thing good on them. They own a family run restaurant that is pretty popular and they make around 130k a year. He was bullied a lot for being a nerd but he was on the fast track to a good career. If it wasn't for him on some nights I might have attempted suicide but hat was a year and a half ago.
Bethany is in a bad situation she has an okay job and can barely support herself and her dad. I always look at him with respect as well I'm obviously in love with Bethany. But until last year even with Brain cancer he worked even harder to same money to pay for his eventual hospital bills to take less off her shoulders. He was like a second father to me and for that I must give him the utmost respect. It doesn't seem right for her but I was going to do something for her and him in 2 months on her birthday. I was actually going to propose. I saved up around 3,000$ for a ring and was looking for one. I wanted to wait so I could propose (legally), and get his blessing, as well let him know that once he is gone she will have someone to take care of her.
(That is our backstorys and some other stuff) I was going to try to start my own business, Sam was going to become an app/game developer, and Beth was going going to well I'm not sure what she wanted to do. She worked at a fast food chain but that is all I know.

Author: I would like to tell you some of what has happened and is happening so your not as clueless as the mc Percy. So there are like 50k prime vampire's chosen out of the few billion people on earth. The reasons for somethings will be explained later on in the story. I can't spoil much of the story but I do suggest then you find out what the Greek words mean as they do correspond with the story.

I open my eyes and see the light of the sun... no the moon in my face I look to my left to see Sam still fast asleep and then my right to see Beth Who also has black hair by the way. I sat up to look around and saw green hills all around it was beautiful. There was a mountain behind us with a cave near the top.
I shook Beth awake and to my awe see had crimson red eyes(see paragraph comments). "y-your eyes are red" I said to her with a weird look.
She looked at me with a confused look and said "I could say the same for you". Thats when I realized that we were supposed to be vampires.
(me) "well do we have pointed teeth." 'Smiling'
(Beth)'Smiles back' "Yes we do so I guess we are vampires now."
(me) "well I guess we should wake Sam up."
