"Should I tell her who she yelled at, my friend?" asked Sung-Ho of the stranger, noticing Soo-Ah's consternated face and willing to appease her curiosity.
"I do not know. I like the look she has on her face now." The stranger offered the puzzled woman a sultry gaze. "I also liked the daring look she had earlier," and he brushed his slight aquiline nose to hide his wide grin. "This King must find a way to repay this young maiden for the precious lessons she offered him," said he, looking at Soo-Ah with interest.
For a second Soo-Ah thought she did not hear right. Did the stranger say, King? Her eyes turned from confusion to shock as she scurried to the ground to beg for forgiveness in front of her divine ruler. Before she could utter any words, a gentle hand took hold of her arm as she was helped to rise.
The deep dark cunning eyes looked at her with grace, "We are way past such tokens of respect; don't you think, young lass?"
