Only a glimpse of his face emerging from the kiss that he laid on her lips was placed in her memory.
She arose from an excuse of hell now lying on her bed, in her bedroom at home.
Her pain was no more and her broken bones disappeared.
Addison began looking around.
Her room was now somewhat different.
It was now bigger, darker, quiet and empty.
A horrific image caught her eyes, gasping like hell she was now floating over her body looking down in her pathetic face.
Lifeless, useless and pale was what she saw. Heat rushing through her body, her heart blazing and her mind blocked, she bit her lips and went closer to her body, poking her cheeks while laughing like a maniac. "Now what else does this shitty world wants to do, after all I'm dead, right?"
Her smiles got wide and wild, her insane laughter echoed.
The thought of burning her body in anger spread through her mind like a virus.
A deep disgusting voice appeared. "Hi."
Addison turned around in rage ready to strike down anyone or anything that stood before her.
It was Kie, Addison began to step back in fear while reality hit her. The car accident was real, the hospital was real, the ghouls and monsters were all real. It had to be. Because Kie was standing in front of her smiling, no one that she cared about was around and she could get why.
"Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I had a talk with umm."
Realizing that his tongue had just slipped, he came closer to her floating from the ground, "There's something different about you."
Looking into her eyes Kie realized that something was missing. He began looking around then stooped and gasp with surprise and excitement. "Let the games begin, may the best win." He said laughing hysterically.
"Would you like me to educate you on who you are now?"
(Knock, Knock)
"Are you hungry?" "oh and Steph is here."
Mrs. Grey opened the door and went into Addison's room with a glass filled with orange juice and some snacks.
Kie was gone and Addison was now back in her body it was getting too weird for her, all that was in her head was what's happening. "Come on eat these and get ready for school."
Addison sat on the bed with a look on her face that could not be described, she turned her head looked at her phone and got up in total confusion and shock getting ready for school.
"Good morning Steph."
She looked weak and hopeless.
After getting on the bus, she sat at the back beside steph with her expression as before. All this crazy dramatic shit drained her of every bit of believe, energy, hope and life she had left.
She was certain that she was now crazy because every time she looked out the window she saw creatures dancing and laughing in blood, feasting on peoples fear, hopes and even killing their own for a soul pure or unpure.
