While they were eating, Jiang Ai remembered something and said, "Yesterday, you two were officially enrolled in Yulia Crest. Starting Tuesday, you guys will be able to start going. Before that, we have some family matters to solve."
"What is it," asked Eumin.
Yangmin didn't ask because he already knew the problem.
"You might offend someone with the way you speak," Jiang Ai said firmly. He had decided from the first time she spoke to him. Even though she was quiet, her manner of speaking was obvious. Too Blunt.
Even though sometimes being obvious had redeeming qualities, this time it didn't. She said things without an encouraging tone, and her voice made it obvious how she was criticizing you making people feel inferior.
Even though she probably could.
Eumin needed to learn how to talk casually and what not to say. Especially not asking inconsiderate questions. The only reason Yangmin stayed with her was that school was boring to him.
On Monday Afternoon, manners were pounded into Euminshead. Jiang Ai was in shock at how hard this was. Eumin brain was rejecting everything he taught her. She was practically hopeless- nope, better not think it. The past 2 1/2 hrs were torture to Eumin.
She couldn't understand. This was never taught to her. Everything she said was somewhat practical, so she didn't know how to flatter people. In the beginning, she thought she had it, but in practice she was useless.
In the end, she applied tactics and made herself not speak till the end of the session. Just think of it as torture, and don't speak no matter what. Jiang Ai thought she sounded too formal and figured that this was the best he could get.
After everyone who could try failed, they gave up.
Even Lili, who had several degrees as a psychiatrist struggled to bring her mindset over the wall blocking her. With their Aunt, Eumin made progress, but still below what they had hoped.
The two young masters went to their room. Yangmin who had been watching her work hard ruffled her hair. Copying the tone of Old Xi, Yangmin said, "Let's see who dares bully you with me here. Hmph," he snorted.
Eumin, who knew everyone was trying to cheer her up sat in her bed. Eyebrows furrowed, head scrunched, grunts heard she went over the theory in her head. Criss-crossed, she struggled to look over the way Yangmin spoke.
After failing a third time, she gave up and had a dreamless sleep.
