It was kinda strange to start my day in the old-new house. I took a shower, grabbed Tam, and shadow walked with him to have breakfast in the cafeteria. To my surprise, I found both Tihana and Ki'rai there.
They were eating the stew with bread. Well... Ki'rai was just picking out meat. I sat in front of them and put Tam on the bench next to me.
- Good morning. How was yesterday?
- Good - said Ki'rai.
- Terrible - said Tihana at the same time.
Then they looked at each other. Ki'rai eyes got narrow, which clearly scared the human, as she quickly turned towards me.
- My whole body is sore! I can't even walk! - she quickly explained, then looked at the Xuzard again.
- You are weak. You are prey, not a hunter - said my little lizard.
- I'm a girl, not some super alien lizard with strange powers. I can't teleport like you two!
- Just like I said, weak - said KI'rai.
I couldn't help but smile.
