The creaking and clicking sounds accompanied my silence as I was busy with Marvel's suitcase and mine in the hotel storeroom. It was ten in the evening and I just finished preparing for the next project and packing our stuff for tomorrow's flight to another country; one of the most popular whiskey regions, to be exact.
Three days had passed, leaving four days remaining, and I was already so tired. For the last couple of days, I kept on making mistakes, and the worst of it all, Marvel had to handle everything mostly by himself. I felt useless as his secretary. Unable to say sorry, I tried my best to minimize contact with him outside of work.
It was no good. Because, unlike his other subordinates, Marvel told me to sleep with him in the same hotel room, no matter what. Being in the same room with him would be the least of my problems - I had to sleep in the same bed with him!
It didn't give me this much pressure before… I wonder if it's because of this trip?
