Conversations under casual circumstances would be dull. Becoming drunk as a result of muddled words, losing filter, and a burning desire to be completely honest but without any influence of alcohol, I was in full control. Courageous, I feared nothing. Everything seemed enjoyable. I wanted to try and see how far my body could go, as far as my heart traveled.
Are you serious? At this rate, there is definitely no way to go back.
There was a small voice quietly nagging at the back of my mind, reminding me that I might regret everything later on, that my action might demand compensation, and perhaps, one of great severity. But, I was well beyond the point of caring. My belief became "enjoy the moment" as opposed to my usual "every action has a consequence".
"Take care of you?" Marvel smiled at my feigned cool detachment, demanding an explanation albeit knowing what I meant.
