Marvel stopped caressing my lips as I murmured. I gritted my teeth, asking in a suppressed voice while seething, holding back the rage that soon would demand a release.
"Stop acting like you're the only one feeling hurt! As if you have a heart capable of feeling… Deceiving you? You're in no position to say something like that when you did exactly the same!!"
My screams echoed, the desperation in it was raw and transparent, bursting rather than spreading in the air, a strong resonance of the poignant words that connected our existence.
Shaking with anger, I gripped Marvel's clothes, my fingers slipping into every crease of his shirt. He squinted downward, casting a frown at my eyes, and came closer to my face that our lips almost touched.
