Chereads / OWNED BY HIM / Chapter 13 - Starting Point

Chapter 13 - Starting Point

Just like any ancient mansion, it had some hallways with many doors and chandeliers. Leading me through a certain hallway, Marvel brought me to the deepest part of his house for the first time.

Behind the double-styled wooden doors was his bedroom; a wide room with a white-painted wall, the simple arrangements made it look even wider. Unlike his office, the lights in his bedroom were kept dim, adding a certain ambience of privacy. On one side of the wall was the only window in the room, giant and strong, with a piece of bulletproof glass made of Lexan polymer, enclosed by thick curtains. A large bed was covered with white sheets to complete the plainness of it, and Marvel was sitting on its edge while I was on the floor; as he had ordered me before.

I sat knee-deep in silence. The only sound in the room was an antique clock above the lowly blazing fireplace, ticking away, marking every second. Each passing moment only led to the next. So still, almost without interaction.

"Aren't you going to do this?"

Marvel initiated the conversation and hesitantly I lifted my vision, glancing at him with caution.

"You should have been more than ready to do this much when you decided to step into my room."

He was watching me as he talked, not even once stuttering. His accent was such a playful tune, as if he were the star of his own movie.

"I..." I paused, unsure of what to say. "I was supposed to help you change your clothes."

"And when did I agree with that?"

Despite being so quiet, that was a rather quick response of him. Every remark he gave out served to make me feel uncomfortable about my future action.

Someone like Marvel, who owned a manor with millions worth of assets and various enterprises, yet doing underground transactions in disguise of a "businessman", even from the start he had never been his real self in front of people.

Manipulative.

We were the same in that regard, but somehow we were also different at some point.

Years being a secret agent, turning people over had been a thrill for me. They were simply pawns. It wasn't like I only knew to use people. It was just that everyone in my life fulfilled a purpose.

So, there's no need to have genuine emotions, right?

Breaking the dull silence, fingers created a gentle rustling noise when Marvel touched my hair. They were long and sturdy, slipping through the brown strands of mine. I looked up and immediately found his grinning eyes.

"It isn't that hard," Marvel convinced me, sure of it. His knuckles slithered above my cheek. "All you have to do is put it inside your mouth and just let it slide above your tongue."

His words were followed by a gesture of his thumb teasing my lips until I felt it in between my teeth. Demanding access, it started to push in deeper, stroking my tongue without any sign of reluctance. When his eyes slightly narrowed to hold a smile, the steel blue marbles glimmered, and I couldn't tear my gaze away from this handsome gent in front of me.

"You don't have to use techniques if you can't. Just pour your feelings into it," he advised like it was the lecture I had to master. "You can do it, right?"

Coming out of his mouth, those words crashed into my ears. The giant window in the room let us hear the smallest noise from outside. I thought it was thunder since it had been raining so hard tonight.

At first, I wanted to pretend I didn't understand what he was talking about, but with the expression I showed just now, he would definitely mock me if I did so.

The first day I bowed down to Marvel, I knew I would submit to his words. When he ordered me to sit on the floor and my head was in between his legs, I was totally aware of what he wanted me to do, but I was oblivious to the fact that since I asked for it, I had to do it. Instead, I tried to ignore my involvement that caused this situation and tried to be indifferent.

It didn't work.

My attempt to be indifferent didn't work against someone with a character like his, knowing how much power he had, and I realized what his true intention was.

Squinting his eyes down to connect with mine, Marvel finally pulled his finger out of my mouth, claiming an answer; the only answer he permitted to exist.

I forced my mouth to open, only later did I know that those simple words would change my fate completely.

"Yes, Sir."

I know I'm capable of taking control, but prefer a more submissive role.

Surely I could defend myself if I perceived a threat. I hadn't before thought of what people did as threatening. Everything slowly changed since I met Marvel, with my paranoia, becoming more frequent, more desperate, and harder to fight back even if I wanted to.

Obviously, I had a hundred million traps to work my way through. I didn't pick the safest one, I picked where I wanted to be. So, I figured out all the traps, the locks, the codes, the combinations. I could make any key and command a door to appear because I could get out whenever I wanted to. I would only be trapped as long as I wished.

But, just like diving into a deep, dark whirlpool, it would suck me in if I couldn't swim.

I didn't know whether I was fortunate because Marvel willingly opened the door of his territory for me, or I was bad luck because he put me in between blessed and cursed, but then, all I could come up with at this moment was a way to get his attention and trust.

"Excuse me, Sir..."

The clinking noise of the belt accompanied my clumsy hands to unbuckle it, burying my low voice. I unzipped Marvel's trousers while swallowing my thickening saliva before nervously working my fingers on the hem of his undergarments.

His hand that caressed my hair felt cold. The look he had itself gave me chills. The gaze that aimed at me was endless as I started to feel him inside my mouth.

I stole a glance. From his figure that blocked the lights in the ceiling, it created a dark shadow of his majestic form seating on the bed in front of me. His hair that was shone by the illumination above made its actual color lighter. The rays that filtered through every layer of those light grey strands were dazzling. So many lights that swarmed around him made my lids flicker.

"Iz dis... ahright?" I wanted to know what he thought while we were at it, because he just wouldn't make any change in facial expression for me to understand it.

"You're hopeless," he chuckled after a moment, rubbing my puffy cheek with his knuckles.

I looked down in dissatisfaction. It's been ten minutes and I got bored, was written all over his face, and I had no idea what to do with it.

Then, using my knowledge and instinct, I moved my tongue to spread my saliva around his member to minimize friction, and despite my lack of skill in giving him a blowjob, it started to get bigger.

He was so big. It wasn't a usual feeling to have my mouth stuffed full to its limit.

Gaining a positive response, I let out a slow, controlled breath and attempted to loosen my body movements when I pulled away. My eyes moved with the alertness that came from heavy pressure and my hands remained clenched by subconscious demand.

I raised and slightly got up, on my knees in front of Marvel. Reaching out to him, I brushed my lips against his neck while my fingers softly traced his broad chest. He didn't move an inch until I was trying to unbutton his suit.

BAM!!

It wasn't the quite hard grabbing on my wrists that caught me by surprise, but how fast I was yanked and thrown headfirst to the bed before I could form any reaction.

A loud bam broke down the suspense, then it was Marvel pinning me down from the back, his firm builds blocking my motion with one hand strongly locking both my overlapping wrists on my back, caging me above the sheets in a single act.

"What do you think you're doing?" He asked, his voice cold and low.

"I... I just..."

My reasons were restrained in my throat, flustered and confused when I failed to anticipate the abrupt shift in the atmosphere around him. I gulped hard before continuing.

"Aren't we... going to do it... N-no?"

At a loss for words, Marvel fell silent toward my daring proposal, staring plainly at my troubled face behind my shoulder. Unemotional steel blue marbles; I secretly read those enigmatic eyes, but failed.

"Suddenly being so demanding like that, are you the same person who was trembling over a blowjob earlier?"

Marvel said the truth and I looked away in denial. Unsteady determination, my emotions wished to get involved, yet my role's duty called. When I showed him my vulnerability, he didn't seem impressed and instead, rendered a sinister gaze. Almost arrogant, apathetic even.

"You always have different expressions every time you look at me, but none of them is my favorite," he stated, unsmiling lips adorning his handsome face. "The expression you've never shown to anyone before, from now on, you'll make it for me, Asta."

The first time Marvel whispered my name, with that voice, with that look, for a second my entire body was electrified. All the tension, all the thrill, I no longer minded if I was fortunate or not. At this moment, I realized that my current situation was my starting point.
