(Y/N POV)
You woke up in the nurse's office. The bright lights made you squint as you looked around. You sat up, disoriented from the lights. Your heartbeat felt really strong, and all over the place. When you sat up, you got really dizzy and saw a bunch of purple splotches everywhere. Your head cleared and you looked around. You saw the nurse sitting to your right. You knew who she was but couldn't put her name to her face.
Looking to your right, you saw Shadow and Shoto sitting on the bed next to yours. Next to them was the broccoli kid. He was asleep on the bed and wrapped in bandages. 'Weird' you thought.
You looked back to Shadow and Shoto. They were sitting on the bed facing each other, both sitting crisscross. They had notebooks and textbooks with them and we're writing things down. They were both so focused. They were cute when they were focused. 'Wait what? What am I saying? Cute? What's wrong with me?' You shook your head slightly.
Shadow was looking between her notebook and her textbook. You turned your attention to her. Her long white hair was in a high ponytail that had been braided. It reached her mid-back and looked as smooth a silk. The front of her ponytail was messy, like Elsa from Frozen. It was messy but in a hot way. 'Hot? What the hell?' You blinked rapidly.
Not wanting to stare for too long, you turned to look at Shoto. He was sitting there writing things down in his notebook. He paused every so often and stared at the words before continuing to write things down. After he finished a sentence, he stared at the notebook, then started glaring at it. You stared at him puzzled by the look on his face.
Shadow glanced up at her friend and placed her stuff down in front of her. She pushed herself up onto her hands and leaned over to look at Shoto's notebook. She stared at it for a couple of seconds. "You forgot to round." She said plainly. Shoto grunted in response before fixing his error. Shadow sat back down and grabbed her notebook again. She looked over at you and flinched slightly. She didn't expect you to be awake, let alone be staring at them.
"You're awake!" She exclaimed quietly. Not wanting to wake up the broccoli kid.
"Uh, yeah, woke up a few minutes ago."
"Why didn't you say anything?"
"I don't know." and you didn't know, or were at least unsure. 'I wanted to stare at you guys.' didn't sound like a good reason to you.
"Alright, well, are you okay? Are you in any pain? How do you feel?" Shadow quickly asked while scrambling out of bed.
"I'm not sure. I'm not in any pain. I just, I feel very drained, like weak or tired."
Shadow nodded as the nurse spoke up. "That is normal. My quirk uses your energy to heal you." She looked at Shadow. "Kiyomizu, get back in bed."
"But Recovery Girl, I feel fine."
'Recovery Girl! That's her name!'
"It doesn't matter if you feel fine or not. I said to get back in bed." Recovery Girl pointed her cane at Shadow. Shadow flinched and then climbed back in bed.
"Thank you Recovery Girl" you bowed as much as you could in bed.
"I'll give you another treatment and then you should be good to go home." Recovery Girl walked over to you and pulled your head down with her cane. "KISS!!!" You immediately felt more drained, like you could sleep for days. "There now go home and get some rest."
"T-thank you, Recovery Girl." You bowed once more and climbed out of bed. Grabbing your stuff, you stepped out the door. Turning back to wave goodbye, as you tried not to stumble down the hallway. You had to use the wall for support to keep yourself from falling. As you stumbled you heard a voice behind you.
"Hey, would you like some help Miss L/N?" Shoto was a few feet behind you, continuing to walk in your direction.
"Uh, no, I'm fine." You waved your hand dismissively.
"Are you sure?" Shoto asked. He had made his way in front of you and was slowly walking backwards as you walked along the wall.
"Yeah, just a little tired, that's all." You waved your hand again as you took another step. You pushed yourself away from the wall to show you were okay. However, the step did not go as planned. You tripped on something and fell. "Ah!" you yelled falling but instead of hitting the ground, you landed in someone's arms. Shoto had caught you.
You looked up at him, staring into his eyes as he stared into yours. You got back up on your feet, but neither of you let go. His hands held onto your upper arms, and your hands laid on his chest. Your faces and bodies were so close to each other. His multi-colored eyes, hypnotizing you as you stared.
Your eyelids started to grow heavy. You blinked a few times to stay awake, snapping you both out of your trance. He let go of your arms and you stepped back. Your head was as far down as you could make it go. You were trying to not stare at him longer, and make this more awkward than it already was. "Would you like me to walk you to the entrance so you don't fall again?" Shoto asked, in his monotone voice.
"Yes please," you replied sheepishly. After that, you were wide awake, so you didn't think you were going to fall again. But you weren't going to pass up the opportunity to spend more time with a hot boy. 'Hot? Again? What the Hell?' You smiled as Shoto walked you to the entrance. Mostly out of embarrassment, but also because you were happy he was walking next to you.
"Thank you. Ya'know, for catching me." you tried not to sound embarrassed.
"Don't mention it." Shoto's voice still monotone. Even then, you were still mesmerized by the sound.
