Magic allowed the caster to materialize extraordinary phenomena such as creating ice towers in a scorching desert, instant movement, and flight for wingless races, among many other possibilities. The cost for enabling these wondrous occurrences to take place in our world was consumption of the caster's internal mana, vivid and detailed imagination of processes to an event they would like to happen, and adamant dedication to train and pursue new height, which -sometimes- intertwined with alarming inherent risk… Okay, that's a lot of works, conforming to the fact not anyone was able to utilize magic in life, let alone master many elements of magic.
