The adventurers and knights occupying the semi-permanent military base were done eating. The meal was not the nicest. Nevertheless, everyone was grateful to be able to have food in this situation. The sustenance replenished their depleted stamina and kept them attentive.
Looking up, the twin moons and stars enlivened the distant sky. It was peaceful. Unfortunately, the adventurers and knights could not savor the scenery. If this was on another occasion, they would sit together, drink, engage in silly talks, and tell stories of the past to know more about one another.
