Promptly, Elise rose from her seat to defend her friend after hearing Alfraed's seemingly hasty decision. The manager admitted that Lisa could have chosen a way better reaction when dealing with the captain's rudeness. Regardless, the only reason Lisa got mad to that degree was that the captain insulted her boss.
