The Association's branch, which was always operational and had an imposing design, was one of the most notable structures in the old capital of Anspia. Only a handful could match its bold presence, and a building that had four floors with fortified walls for the defense was one of the worthy contenders. Its windows were made to be cross-shaped for more than decorative purposes, they provided a perfect cover for a crossbowman to safely target invaders from inside. The battlements also provided shelters for archers and wizards on the roofs to hide behind when not bombarding hostile parties with arrows and magic. Here, was the headquarters of The Custodians of Myth, the chivalric order that had sworn to protect Anspia, its people and territory, against all enemies; foreign and domestic.
