Chapter 130 - Momentary parting

The twin moons silently left their nightly throne, leaving the ancient world without a proper ruler to guide them, ushering in a period of confusion. Nevertheless, this absence of leadership was momentary. On the horizon, hidden behind an assembly of fluffy clouds, the sun radiated its luminescence onto the world, blinding anything that dared to look upon it with discourtesy, while claiming the vacant throne for its own.

The sunlight flew in every corner and seeped through countless panes of glass of every building in Bellmore, slowly waking the city from its deep slumber, grateful for being able to embrace yet another new day in life.

At this hour, most of the world was sluggish, struggling to gather their thoughts that were scattered throughout a different realm. Nonetheless, some others had already been immersed in their works and activities.
