Monica's POV
I waited for Luke to fall asleep before I left his room. He will be out tomorrow. I'll just fix his bill, after all, his dad won't come.
Fortunately, he has aunts who help him so that he can study again and be given an allowance.
"Mr. Santos' hospital bill, please fix it, I'll pay," I told the nurse

I thought it was just a coincidence that mael's name and princess were what Denmark was talking about.

Luke's POV
I fell asleep and Monica left me immediately. I don't want to let her go anymore. I saw Monica's jacket on the sofa. Looks like she hasn't left the hospital yet. She might go to the billing counter.
I took a walk and looked for the counter and finally, I found it too. I saw Monica and Mael talking. What is mael doing here? Is he here to visit me?
I would have called them when Mael suddenly raised his voice to Monica.
"Why are you still alive? Aren't you already dead? You should just die!" Mael
what is he saying? Why is he talking to Monica like that?
I was shocked when Monica slapped him three times.
"Mael you don't know the hardship I went through just to survive. You have no right to tell me I'm just going to die. You! You're a worthless person. You're a worthless friend! You have no conscience!" Monica
What are they arguing about? people are already looking at them.
"Sister Monica, stop that!" the little boy said
I stared at the little boy. He is princess's brother. What is he doing here?
"Denmark, you can blame Monica. If she had just died and given her eye to princess, my baby and your sister would still be alive!" Mael
His baby?
"Don't blame me for your sin! If you don't let him go with Luke, your baby won't die!" Monica
Mael is the father of the child that princess is carrying?
"brother luke ..." Denmark
the three of them looked at each other and were both surprised.

Monica's POV
Mael and I were surprised when we saw Luke standing and looking at us seriously.
Did he hear what we were talking about?

how can I explain this to him? I don't know the whole story yet. all I know is mael is the father of the child.
I almost fainted for fear of seeing a lot of blood on the floor after Luke repeatedly punched Mael. the fracture of his arm may have worsened. The guards stopped them and they ran Mael to the emergency room as he lost consciousness due to Luke's beating.
Denmark was stunned by what he saw.
"Luke, let's go back to your room. You need to check your arm so it doesn't get worse" I convinced him.
he no longer complained so I helped him get back to his room. his bill will increase. He even made an embarrassing scene!
But what Mael did to him also hurt, Because of him Luke and I parted ways. I almost killed myself because of what happened. Mael just deserves to be beaten.
