It was early in the morning in the great capital of the Empire, and people were already on the streets busy with daily chores. In the East District, a group of children chased each other through the poorest slums covered with mud.
"Dalair! Wait for us!
She won't bite, I swear!" a little blonde girl screamed at the top of her voice as she chased a boy dressed as a girl through the muddy streets.
"Nooo! Leave me alone!
Tell your sister Kim to stop!" he replied as he ran away from the two girls who were chasing him.
"Dalair! I'm right here!
Ya have to take care of me and marry me!" little Kimora screamed as she chased after the boy.
"Nooo! Kat, make her stop!" Dalair yelled as he fled on the verge of crying.
"You know she doesn't listen to anyone..." little Catherine whispered hopelessly.
"Y'all bein' meanie, and stop runnin' away!" Kimora yelled, trying to reach him.
