Extra Chapter 1: Magic List part 1 DO NOT READ BEFORE CH49

Hello kind readers!

It seems like Tengu_San is either exhausted or on vacation... hope it's the latter!

SPOILERS FOR NOVICE RANK READERS WHO HAVE YET TO REACH CHAPTER 49, THIS IS ONLY FOR VETERAN RANK OR ABOVE.

(or Catherine will be mad...)

A while ago I asked (ty Zarek and Jobro) if I should integrate a list of the spells used.

I made a sweet img that I hope it doesn't get pixelated like everything else, You'll find it in the comment section where I usually post the map, as sadly we cannot integrate pictures with text in chapters.

Ever noticed how there are multiple kinds of Magic? like Arcane, Black, Green... I do wonder why.

To explain better I write down here all the Magic types:

1- Arcane Magic - purple heptagram, mostly offensive spells

2- Red Magic - red heptagram, balanced between offensive, healing, buffing, debuffing spells

3- White Magic - white heptagram, healing and buffing spells

4- Green Magic - green heptagram, buffing and debuffing spells

5- Black Magic - black heptagram, offensive and restraining spells

6- Holy Magic - golden heptagram, offensive and healing spells

WHY SIX AND NOT SEVEN?

If you paid attention you'll know...

To those who didn't get it, most of the spells are heavily influenced by JRPG games like FF. And I might add, FFX best game ever played. Gosh, I remember back in the nineties (I was in a very famous teeeevee showww...) when my uncle introduced me to FFVII on PS1...

I was blown away, and I saved money to get the upcoming game for the next year, FFVIII. For those who played it, I was able to reach Ultimecia's castle without using the Junction system. Not because I was doing any challenge of any kind... but because I was a dumb kid haha *crying inside*.

Well, to add on my inspirations you should easily tell that they are holy works like LOTR, ASOIAF, One Piece, then manga and anime culture in general.

I do not intend in any way to confront such masterpieces to my story. I'm just saying it's heavily influenced by those art pieces.

By the way, I'm thinking of doing some sort of Fandom because sometimes it's hard to keep track of every secondary, tertiary, etc character and location and skills and Magic and whatever... I have two files of fifty pages on each one full of notes, but it's becoming hard to keep track of everything, given that I have yet to introduce a lot of characters.

BUUUT surely I do not have enough time also for Fandom.

What do you all think?

Then, I'll be going...

See you next time.
