Wilfred did not waste any time after parting with his friends he immediately called Elle. At this time Danielle was sitting opposite Mary when his call came through.
She had expected him to call her after he got the test results. "Yes," she answered the call her voice was calm. She was not in a hurry.
When Wilfred heard her voice he felt a bit guilty but thinking of Unique, he harden his heart. "I have seen the result and the child is indeed mine but I am not ready for marriage or to become a father," Wilfred said.
Elle was struck dumb by his words. How could he give up his child like that? Before now she had wanted to use this child to stick to Wilfred but after Bella's death, she did not see the need anymore.
