Karlee
Flashback
I was 5 when I realized things were going to be different. My father used to stay with us. He loved us so much, that's what he made us feel. That's what I felt. But suddenly, things changed.
Father doesn't come home often. I would ask mom where he is but mom would just smile and say that he was busy at work. Mom never said anything bad about him. She would do what father used to do for us. And then I realized that I can't remember his face anymore. I would see him once a month then once every 3months until I don't see him anymore.
Until I saw him with someone else. Carrying a little boy in his arms, smiling together with another girl. I approached him and hugged him.
He seemed surprised.
The woman grabbed my arm and push me away from him.
"Who is this bastard?" She said.
"Don't make a scandal. He is just a child."
"But daddy! It's me. Karlee!" I exclaimed. Almost crying but trying to hold my tears back.
" I'm sorry. Not now, child. Please go with your mom." He walked away with them. I can see the look on that woman's face.
That bitch!
Present day
"What do you want?" I can see the look on his face, he wants to kill me with those stare. The same eyes that I saw when I was 5 years old.
"What's the real score between you and Jadis?" Jaz was trying to keep his cool.
"I told you, she's my girlfriend,we've been together for a month now."
His face turned beet red.
"How? I am very sure she isn't committed to anyone."
"How are you sure? All the girls in this school are fawning over you. How would you know she doesn't have one? Aren't you busy messing around with those girls. Plus, Jadis doesn't even like you."
"I was trying to make her fall for me... But you interfered." Jaz exclaimed, clenching his fists.
"Too late, so please stop trying to seduce her, it won't work."
I know I hit the right buttons everytime I say that.
"Game's not over yet" Jaz stepped forward and punched the wall behind me.
"I'll get her anyway possible" He walked away still clenching his fists and with blood on his knuckles.
This is a good opportunity to make him feel what they made us feel. A good opportunity to make you feel what we felt.
Losing the person you love.
You better watch your moves Ford.
Game starts now.
