It became a habit to go outside and Ivy liked it that way. Most of the time he was alone since Toma would always try to stop him, plus he still thinks her voice is too chirpy! Positive energy is great in all, but too much is asking for people to cough up rainbows and blood.
Ivy was now three years old! He's gotten many visits from his villain brother too, they weren't happy times. His brother is really a jerk and abusive, it's disgusting and Ivy can't wait to legally chop off his head. Such a nuisance. Ivy isn't cruel, he's logical, or at least he thinks. To have a better life you gotta clear out potential weeds hehe~
Today Ivy was shiny collecting, he held a bucket and went to the pond first to look for shiny rocks or objects. He had a habit since the beginning of time to collect shiny objects, it just felt pretty and clean.
He crouched down looking at the still water before poking his baby finger into it and watched the pond come to life. With a small smile, he cleaned possible shiny rocks into the pond. He found six shiny rocks and was ready to move on, as he was leaving his face made contact with something, it was a leg. Looking up he met grey eyes with a head full of red hair. Ivy knew immediately that this person wasn't human and narrowed his eyes wondering why such a person was here.
"Do you need something mister?"
"Who knew it was a kitten..." The man mumbled out as he frowned in thought.
"I'm not a kitten!" Ivy swatted his tail in dissatisfaction.
The guy smiled sweetly squatting down with curved eyes, "right, you're a big boy aren't you?"
ah, this bitch. Treating me like a child with the ear scratching high pitched voice, Ivy growled with a clear face of anger. The guy looked confused as he tilted his head before putting a hand on Ivy's forehead.
"You seem quite interesting little guy~ Do you want to make a contact? I'll become your beast."
Ivy sighed, his baby emotions were acting up again, now it was business time. If a beast suddenly asked to be your familiar, then you have to get information about it first, Ivy knew they were definitely capable if they could turn human and sat his bucked down and crossed his arms, giving the man a long stare.
"What are the terms of the contract? What type of beast are you? I'm not simple as you say, so go on tell me, what attracted you?" Ivy's face bloomed with a mocking smile although looked delicate was actually lethal. The man's eyes dilated as if sensing an ominous feeling took his hand away from the child's forehead.
"Scary~ your quite clever aren't you, all I ask in this contract is for me to always be by your side, and your mana attracted me, I'm a dragon of destruction and terror...does that scare you kitten?" He smiled and poorly hid his infatuation with the mana part.
Ivy sighed thinking he should have hidden the mana but a destruction, terror dragon!? It sounds like a dream come true, plus having a familiar with this aptitude probably couldn't get any better. The conditions were okay and the dragon seemed alright to have around. After moments of tense air Ivy came to a conclusion.
"Okay, what's your age and name?"
The dragon seemed surprised that it didn't get a glimpse of any fluctuation of fear coming from the child.
"My names Nole I'm 1,300 years. I'm an old man arent I?" Nole laughed as he grabbed the child's wrist and put his seal on it, confirming him as Ivys familiar.
"Nope, I'm actually your senior, I may be three in this body but compared to this world I'm a god in mind and body." Ivy yawned growing tired, he didn't mind giving his secrets away to someone whole probably be by his side for a long time, not to mention he didn't necessarily care if the whole world knew.
Nole looked up at the kitten as he rubbed his droopy eyes, Nole didn't sense any lies from the words spoken by the three year old, he became excited to know more of his 'senior' kitten.
"Young master Ivy! Where are you!" Toma yelled from afar causing birds to fly and the air to fluctuate, so load!
So his names Ivy, Nole thought.
"That's Toma, my maid, treat her well she's also into powerful guys so when she finds out you're a dragon don't be shocked when she asks for your hand in marriage." Ivy yawned again before picking his bucked up and heading towards her direction, Nole following behind.
"Young master! Ah- whose that," Tomas's butterfly voice got dangerously low as she glared knives at Nole.
"This is Nole, my dragon familiar I picked up today, treat him nicely"
"REALLY!? A REAL DRAGON?" Suddenly a charade of stars sprouted from Tomas's eyes as she got ready to say the famous words Ivys heard for a couple of years now...
"Will you marry me???"
"Sorry, I'm taken," Nole held Ivy's shoulders in indication causing question marks to grow from Ivys and Tomas's heads.
"What are you talking about dragon-"
"The conditions of the contract were to always stay by your side. It's another form of asking for marriage~" Nole smiled at the oblivious kitten and cleverly explained
"Di-did I get married without knowing?" Ivy deeply contemplated the universe and all its troubles as Tomas's atmosphere became depressed.
"Well young master, you did say you were gay..." Toma kicked a rock pouting.
"You did?" Nole's heart became happy as he lifted the small kitten into his arms, Ivy cursed his words before looking away. "I'm tired put me down I'm gonna nap" Ivy struggled. "I can be your heater, see? Arent I warm? Sleep on me."
After twenty minutes of arguing Ivy passed out with his shiny bucked in tow and Nole got his wish.
His kitten was so cute, grow faster~
