It turns out that Raymond and Aiden transferred here from the other town, but they're a year ahead of me, they just needed a signature from our teacher the other day
During lunch, I'm looking for Caleb cuz he wasn't on our usual table, he always bring lunch box with him so he's not buying some, maybe the teacher let them out late
"Buttered chicken please" I ordered and paid then walking towards our table, the moment I set my food on it I caught a glimpse of Caleb standing far across the cafeteria's door and he's talking to someone, is he getting bullied again???? I walked over to him
"I've been looking for you" putting a protective arm around his neck "what are you doing here?" Looking down at him then to the man sitting on a table which is no other than Aiden himself "are you bullying him? If yes then I'll cut your head off and shove it in you ass-"
"NO! I-I was just asking him about something" Caleb looking at his shoes, which means he's nervous
"Is it about something you can't ask me" glancing at him, I said it more of a statement than a question, it means I'm getting pissed
"Nnn- we're done now, let's go have lunch" looking at me with his pleading brown eyes
"Tssss fine" looking back at Aiden who just gave me an amused face "later" I told him with a wink then walk away with Caleb still in my arms
"What did you ask them?" We are eating lunch now "you don't think I would just let that slide, do you?" cocking an eyebrow and tilting my head
"No, i-it was something about what you said to me the other day, about changing my a-appearance" finishing his food and cleaning up the table
"Oh? So, are you doing it? I'll help you" giving him a small smile, hey, take note I rarely smile
"I'm still thinking about it" putting the box inside its bag and giving me his phone, I give him a confused look "I don't have your number yet" then it hit me
"Ah! You're right, I'm sorry" grabbing the phone and putting my number, then I gave it back to him "I forgot to ask, you beat me to it"
"I'm shy asking you but I still did" he's blushing about something like this, so cute
"I'm glad you did, good job" standing up, Caleb followed suit going to our next class
A week passed in a flash then a new month is coming, it's weekend and Caleb asked me to go with him to the mall so, instead of lazing around I agreed to it, we're meeting in an hour
"Mom, I'm meeting with a friend, we're going to the mall" I shouted while going downstairs
"You are what??!" Mom shouted back
"I'm meeting a friend at the mall" I shouted back
"You have a friend??! OLIVER!!! Kyle has a friend!!!!! Go on get ready baby, you should bring your friend here, let us meet him okay? Okay?" Mom runted while pushing me to go upstairs and dad just yelled something like 'bring them here'
"Mom-" cutting me off
"Saying no is unacceptable! Go!!" Shooing me up, am I really this friendless?? That my family would get this enthusiastic about me having a friend?

Walking to our meeting place I can smell Caleb's scent but I can't see him
'Where are you?' I texted him but, he didn't reply, someone tapped my left shoulder so I turn around and my jaw dropped to the ground when a gorgeous man standing right before my eyes wearing checkered black and red button up long sleeve, a black pants, combat shoes, his hair's up showing his perfect brown eyes with a huge smile on his face
"Hey?" He's smile's faltering dew to my lack of reaction, I'm still frozen on my feet, I can't believe it
"C-Caleb?" I still can't believe my eyes are seeing this
"Yeah, no other than" showing me his tight lip smile
"You're not his twin brother are you?" I crossed my arms
"What? No! It's me! and I don't have a twin" his eyes are wide open
"You look.... different, I don't mean in a bad way" putting my arms around his neck "when did you do it?" Looking down at him
"Ahh right before going out of the house? I mean I can dress like this when I'm not in school" putting his hands on his pockets
"Why don't you dress like this at school?" Sipping my strawberry frappe, we're sitting at a cafe named 'honeylemom' yep it's a 'lemom' not 'lemon' it's weird but unique
"I-I'm scared they would tease me about it, you know changing looks is a huge issue" sipping his chocolate shake
"That's in the past but, now that you're under my "wings" it'll be fine, they will not dare bully you again" I really love strawberry flavored foods and drinks
"I don't think so" looking down to his drink
"Are you still getting bullied??! That's outrageous! Do I need to announce that we're friends to make them stop?" Clenching my fist above the table
"Wait you... you consider me a friend?" Shock showed all over his face
"Duh why would I even bother showing up here if I don't" sipping my drink which relaxes me
"We're friends" he whispered
"Yep, friends" nodding my head, remembering something "you know, my mom would like to invite you for dinner at home, if that's okay with you" looking up to hime, his eye's wide with an open mouth
"Re-really?? I... I would love to, when?" His face softened
"When are you free?" Finishing up my drink
"Ahhh now? I'm free now"
"Perfect! I'll inform her now" I said and he waited for me to do something "what?" Raising a brow
"Don't you need to text or call her?" he asked curiously
"Right, right I'll text her now" fishing my phone out of my pocket I texted my mom about my human friend visiting the house
"We can go there right away" standing up
"Nice!" Pulling his cup up with mine and throwing it to the trash can
"Did you bring a car?" walking to the door
"I... I don't have one actually" following me
"You can ride with mine don't worry" opening the door
"Wait! I want to buy something before going" grabbing my wrist to stop me
"Yeah, okay no prob" motioning my hand for him to go first
"What's better a cake or a pie?" Looking at a bakeshop stand
"You're going to buy something before coming over? You don't have to" crossing my arms
"I don't want to show up empty handed, this is my first time visiting a friends house" deciding for a mocha two layered cake
"Right, your choice, I'll wait for you outside" he said 'kay before going to the cashier and pay up
Walking up on my house front porch and almost inserting the key to the key hole but the door open abruptly and my mom appears
"Hey!" Yep so enthusiastic "You're here, where's your friend?"
"Mom meet Caleb. Caleb meet my mom" stepping aside to let them see each other
"H-hi ma'am, nice to meet you" showing his arms for a hand shake but instead of taking it my mom pulled him for a bear hug
"Nice to finally meet you Caleb, come in, come in, feel at home" dragging Caleb to the living room "would you like some snacks?"
"yes thank you ma'am" an awkward reply from Caleb
"Okay, sit down dear and call mom" giving us her million dollar smile and going to the kitchen
"My father and brother we're out to meet someone they'll be back by dinner and my sisters are on sleepover party with friends" informing him so that he doesn't get surprise where everyone is
"Okay" sitting down while looking around the room
