" Finally, if we finish this. In every universe, Wakanda will exist. We will flourish forever."
The old-looking man raised the small gem fragment in the sky, illuminating the hall with a serious face. His armor was identical to T'challa's armor but it was with two thorns on his shoulder and he had a cape.
" Finish this already old man. I am not fond of looking at your sick face."
The man with golden and black armor snorted coldly, folding his arms under the green light. The other panthers in the room also expressed their wills to depart to their world but their job was yet to be done as the final step was remaining.
They had to restore the gem to its former self while using its full power to create time branches. As long as this step was done correctly no one would be able to stop them, not even those who had time authority.
" Sigh, then I was thinking these mortals were preparing some grand plan for the world conquest. Mortals are mortals in the end. They had no big ambition to match something like my glorious purpose."
Loki walked out from the corridor, holding a golden scepter in his hand while looking at them with contempt. Before they could move, he put the staff on the ground to create a barrier.
" Don't scream. I don't like hearing screams of nobodies like you. You are boring like others who were filled with sins. Your souls held no value to me."
Hela launched countless swords to them while the panthers rushed at them. She grabbed their heads like it was nothing, throwing them to the wall without a bored expression.
" Don't kill them, Hela. Also, that applies to you too, Artemis. I don't want to taint this land with blood."
Arthur calmly spoke to warn his teammates while looking at the most powerful panthers. Unlike others, they were observing them despite their power gap and they were thinking how to counter them.
"These old bones haven't met gods for a while. Perhaps, you are looking for the small item that our friend gifted to us."
The old panther rushed at Hela who was caught off guard. She raised her sword to block his claws but surprisingly at the last minute, he changed his trajectory while kicking her in the abdomen which made her fly back for a few meters.
She raised her eyebrows with surprise, not understanding how a mortal managed to push her back with their strength differences.
" What are you? No, did you absorb your God's power? Otherwise, no mortal can push me much less injure me?"
She finally felt a challenge in this task as she looked at the old panther. Her green eyes were blazing with the fire of the underworld while her strength surged due to her excitement.
" Watch out!"
Shuri who knew their power, warned Artemis who was keeping an eye on the old panther. The white panther grazed her outfit, creating a scratch on the indestructible divine metal. Orichalcum was on par with something like Uru or U metal in DC but he was able to create a scratch on it.
" Are you surprised, my dear Goddess? To kill you, I looked for many different kinds of metal in the universe. Among them, I found a metal that could harness the power of a god with the help of celestial essence."
His claws looked more sinister than any weapon in this room and he didn't seem to be afraid of divine power because he got something better.
Celestial essence came from the celestials who ruled the universe. This material could enchant anything to extremely powerful items and was often depicted as the supreme material but finding such a thing was an extremely rare occurrence.
" You!"
Artemis angrily looked at him, pulling out her sword. She then swung it down to him but when she did it, a golden energy burst out from his armor which pushed her to Arthur who caught her in the air.
" Upgraded kinetic energy reflection. It might even absorb other types of energy. We have to be careful."
Artemis nodded at his words, observing him with caution since he could injure her. Her guts were telling that this man wasn't a simple man like his looks.
