Chapter 617 - Chapter 123 Scheme

Danzo fell into silence after witnessing the horrifying strength of Arthur who was the teacher of so many talented ninjas. He knew he was strong in back days but looking at his current Arthur, he felt intimated.

Not only he was stronger, but he was also wiser and more careful than in the past by the looks of his eyes. He was calmly observing the battle even his men were battling and he made the right call when he intervened, showing Danzo was moving on his palm.

" Fine, I admit it. You are much more dangerous than I thought and I will end it here today but don't think it is the end."

Danzo signaled his men to carry the unconscious ninjas back to his base while looking at Arthur with hatred in his eyes. He couldn't understand why this man and his students always screwed his plan completely.

" You, mate. Do you think you can call this off when we are winning?"

Pheonix tried to fight them but Arthur stopped him with a glare. He didn't want to fight here, considering Anbu should be on their way. He wasn't willing to become enemies with the village because of Danzo.

A few hours later in Fugaku's house

" That is the gist. Even if you reconcile with the village, Danzo won't leave you alone, but I can give you a chance, Fugaku. Go to my place and live there before things get ugly."

Arthur urged Fugaku whilst calculating the remaining time in his head to consider the possible fight. It was debatable whether they would go peacefully, so he was seriously considering threatening them with a knife.

" I understand, master. However, I am still struggling with the hawks."

Hearing his words made Arthur frown because he understood Fugaku was using a peaceful approach but he didn't have time for this. Hence he chose the most logical thing to do and that was kidnapping.

" Shisui can you hypnotize them and throw them to our portal? I can guarantee their safety and you will have my word."

Arthur didn't change his face when he was literally telling him to blackmail his clansmen which made Shisui agape with shock. He blinked his eyes a few times before taking a look at Fugaku who gave up before Arthur since there was no way he would manage this in the short term before Danzo moved.

" I mean I can do it but isn't it too dangerous?"

He rebutted back with a calm face, not knowing what to do before these two great ninjas.

" Just use illusion on them. During that time I will throw them to the portal before the elders notice. You can always get your things back, right? It isn't like your stuff is more expensive than your life."

Hearing Arthur's shameless words made them realize this man wasn't just a genius and a hero. He was also a master businessman.

" What about villagers?"

Fugaku couldn't help but ask.

" What about them? We will move in at night and you can explain it to them after they wake up. Also, it isn't like I am forcing you into poverty."

Arthur smiled with a calm face to the horror of them. Desperate times needed desperate methods after all. Arthur was short on time and so did them. Although there would be backlash, it was in the future after all.

The room fell into silence as they entered into deep thoughts. Mass kidnapping might sound like a dream but it was possible with their team and this was without bloodshed.

Moreover, he got the Hokage's approval, so it wasn't illegal except for their consent.

" Let's do it."

Fugaku decided to be bold in this situation, knowing it was for the greater good. Countless benefits outweighed the disadvantages and he wasn't a pushover either.

" Okay then. It is decided. Wise choice."

Arthur praised Fugaku for his bold decision. The poor Shisui couldn't say anything as he was dragged into their mess helplessly because he couldn't refuse them.

Meanwhile in Eden

" All units prepare for the new portal connection."

Kyle stood before the giant portal, looking at it with a grim expression. The recon team stood behind them with a nervous face as they tightened the grips of their weapons because they were either from a different world or soldiers from another country.
