" So, here is the arena. I don't recommend entering in since the owner is a little bit annoying."
Samira yawned, looking at Arthur who was walking around in invisibility. He was bothered and harassed by people, so he had to turn himself invisible out of his safety. Noxian streets were much more chaotic than he thought and most importantly not all of the people were kind and polite. They were crude and rude to his recognition, so he used his power.
" Should we leave for another area because I don't want to meet with the owner?"
Samira walked to the other streets while explaining things. She was excited due to her salary, so she had to explain with her utmost respect. This amused Arthur and his companions.
" Money is such a powerful tool. Even she had to surrender before your overwhelming wealth, Art."
Diana said with a calm tone. As a princess, she had countless wealth and treasures in her name, but compared to Arthur who had multiple companies and vaults across the dimensions, she had a long way to go. She even suspected Arthur's wealth might rival pantheons like Olympus.
" Money is blind after all. Most of the mortals can't stand against the temptation of wealth."
Arthur whispered, smiling with a smug face. Zoe and Diana nodded at his words, knowing only a few could refuse such gifts.
" OK, here is a tavern that I like to go in occasionally. The food is good and we can find quite interesting fellows."
Before she opened the gate, a carriage stopped right in front of him. Samira who was smiling, narrowed her eyes as she placed her hand on her pistol. This also alerted Arthur and his company.
Click, step*
A beautiful lady with a black dress came out from the carriage and looked at them. Her scarlet eyes focused on Arthur's silhouette, seemingly feeling where they were. She opened her fan.
" Oh my, well it is a surprise. I didn't expect to see you here."
She said lightly despite her gaze. Her eyes were still focused on the left side of Samira where Arthur was standing. She could smell something from her and next to her. A delicious smell that invited her hunger to feast on her, but she waited patiently. She knew a figure who was standing next to her, would kill her if she moved recklessly because she felt light power from him. Overwhelming light that scared the God itself.
" I am leaving."
Samira spat out coldly, leaving for her home, but to her surprise she found the woman standing before her, her eyes looking down at her. She licked her red lips and placed her cold hand on her face.
" Elise Kythera Zaavan, I thought the grand general moved you away, but it appears you are still living in the capital, hiding your disgusting fangs."
Samira pulled out her pistol, aiming at her face. Elise didn't budge as she seemed to be interested in her actions. Her hands slowly roamed toward her bosom, but Samira put her barrel under her chin. She stopped halfway, whispering.
" I don't know why you are hiding, but your stealth can't fool my nose. I can sense you there and I can tell you are a man."
She extended her other hand to Arthur's direction. However, her hand was stopped right in front of Arthur because she couldn't move her hand any further unless she used her power.
" I will let you go this time. We shall meet again soon."
Elise laughed, walking back to the carriage. The carriage slowly moved away from their sight as Samira put her gun back in its holster.
" We have to push our plan ahead. We need to go to Piltover today. Otherwise, she will stalk us and you don't want that since she is a freak and a monster."
Samira clicked her tongue, looking at Arthur. Arthur nodded at her words, trusting in her gut because he also knew Elise was no joke. She was an incarnation of an evil god.
" Then where will we go? Shurima?"
Diana said, looking a little puzzled. Targon didn't have a close relationship with Shurimians due to past incidents. Darkins were the main cause of their relationship rift.
