" Ugh! This is embarrassing. I thought we would win."
Garfield said with regret, believing he lost a chance to prove himself in front of his idol, but they just left in the middle of the fight which puzzled him for quite some time until Damian called out to him.
" They escaped because they were afraid of us."
Jaime bragged about their power despite Raven's glare. Starfire almost died from embarrassment because Diana and Arthur let out a chuckle when they heard this. Although she never cared about something like this, this time she wanted to tape his mouth for some reason.
" Shut up. They retreated because they were wary of them, not us."
Damian spoke coldly, knowing the villains were wary of Arthur and Diana who had the power to overwhelm them in any situation, but that assumption had a loophole. There was no reason to leave them unharmed since they were able to take a hostage or injure them.
" If you are thinking they could take you as a hostage, that is impossible. My speed can reach a speed of light when I hit maximum speed. Therefore, saving you isn't that much a problem."
Arthur explained, throwing the gun toward them. He was too lazy to chase after them due to his schedule. The best way to capture them is just to inform his teammates and authorities before they make another problem.
" Thank you, sir Arthur."
Starfire thanked him, giving it to Damian who was dissatisfied with the outcome. He wanted to prove himself as a successor of Bruce to him who was both acknowledged by his grandfather and father, but he was just too strong and smart. Thus, making him grumble even more.
" Then we will leave now. By the way, I threw Killer Moth into my space zone, so here take him."
Arthur took out Killer Moth like he was handling an item. His method almost made Titans gape with amazement since they never had such a thing except Phantom Zone, but even Phantom Zone required something like a connector.
" You won't understand the principle behind this item since it has both magic and technology in it."
Arthur said, flying up with Diana. Titans watched them as they disappeared into the horizon quickly.
" Do you think we can surpass them?"
Garfield asked, but no one answered his question because they knew the answer. They could surpass Diana and Bruce, but Clark and Arthur were in a different league. One was invincible while the other had no weakness.
" We will see."
Damian replied, clenching his fists with frustration. The mountain he was climbing seemed to look even bigger now after witnessing his power.
Meanwhile in Watchtower
Arthur stood before the portal while other JLA members stood before him to bid farewell for a short time.
" I want to go to another world to see magic. That would be great."
Clark smiled, imagining new things he would see in another world, but his responsibility as a hero gave him almost no free time.
" Relax. Jon and Connor can do your job."
Shazam said with a smile. However, Batman disagreed with him almost immediately. A world without Batman and Superman or JLA meant a paradise for villains who enjoyed creating trouble. He calculated the risks, thinking it would give a huge chance to aliens like Darkseid or someone like them whom he believed had ulterior goals.
Arthur noticed Bruce's face, patting him on the shoulder to signal him to relax.
" They will do no harm as long as the portal exists. I will give you plenty of holidays to enjoy in places where no humans went before or fairy tale-like lands. I believe your families would like them. Especially Lois would enjoy seeing Ionia which is the most beautiful place I have ever visited."
Arthur laughed, showing them a magic image of the beautiful lands of Ionia which fascinated them. Even Bruce was amazed by such beauty. The untamed land of Ionia looked magical and relaxing at the same time.
" Man, I should go there with Iris. Maybe I should bring Wally with us."
Barry mumbled, planning his upcoming trip to Ionia. As a hero, he was busy and as a crime scene investigator, he was even busier than his hero career. So, he wanted a good place to relax after working for many hours.
