Simon put down his vision enhancer and started using a drone to spy on the room. He saw three individuals standing in there while talking about something. Thus, he took out an audio enhancer from his pocket, placing it on the wall to listen carefully. Obviously, he took care of cameras and guards before entering the facility.
Hence, the tension wasn't high, but as a special force soldier, his senses were heightened to an extreme degree.
" Yes. We took care of the packages. Most of them seemed to be in good shape and we request more. Also, we want some hot stuff."
The Russian general spoke while smoking a pipe. He was looking at the man who was holding a tablet.
" Not possible. Do you know it is hard to operate under Eden and other forces that keep pushing us into the corner? Nowadays even mutants are a rare product that can fetch up quite high price."
He said, shaking his head with a refusal. There was no way to operate under Round Table and Eden under Europe or other forces like Hand or Kingpin who are criminals. They don't allow others to steal their pie share, so they always looked around to find any clue.
If they are caught in the action, the result would be hard to predict, depending on the faction. Although heroes don't kill, Eden has special forces that can kill them legally much less criminal organizations which wouldn't bat an eye before getting rid of them or going to war with them.
" I will try it. However, the boss would scold me for doing a favor to you, so increase my percentage this time with royalty."
He said, handing a suitcase that held a key inside it. The general motioned his man to take the suitcase as he shook his hand. Simon understood this was an emerging underground organization since Eden recorded most of them. These underground organizations kidnap mutants, inhumans, super-powered people, aliens, and so on. They even deal with dark races like vampires and werewolves. Therefore, the guardians would hunt them on the sight.
" Target secured. We are moving in."
Soap said, taking a flashbang from his pocket. He counted three and threw the thing inside the room, blinding three gentlemen inside it. Before they could do something Roach and Yuri sliced their throat while Nikolai strangled the guard.
" Take the key."
Price commanded them to secure the key as he scanned the area with a heat sensor and heartbeat sensor. They picked up three individuals coming their way with incredible speed, making Price think they were super-powered individuals.
He signaled Kamarov to take a position while standing behind the wall to cover himself.
Boom*
Three humans landed in front of them, looking at them coldly.
" Dogs of Allied countries came, huh?! They even brought Loyalists to us. Long time no see, Kamarov."
He said, taking a knife out from his pocket. Without hesitation Soap and Roach shot them with their rifle, but to their surprise, the bullets didn't graze them.
" They had used an inferior version of soldier serum and they have advanced Kevlar inside. Prepare for close combat."
Kamarov shouted, taking his army knife. He slashed the enemy's biggest guy, but his knife was caught. The big guy stabbed him in the ribs, making him stagger for a moment before Price rushed to aid him. He used his kick to distract him while Yuri took him away.
" Go. We will hold these three. As long as you go out, signal us."
Soap said lightly, throwing a smoke grenade to cover their visions. He grabbed the short guy's leg, pulling him down. Then he stabbed him with his knife, but the short guy dodged. They wrestled on the ground, trying to gain an advantage over others despite others.
" Who are you? Why do you seek this many weapons?"
Price asked, looking at the leader with a grim face. The leader laughed at his question, showing a money gesture.
" Oh, you make me laugh. War is the most profitable business in the world. Do you think your friend Tony became rich with his suit?"
He said with a touch of sarcasm.
