Black Bolt raised his head, looking at Black Dwarf with a cold look, knowing he had the toughest skin in the enemy line, but that didn't matter to him because he owed Arthur his life and he wasn't willing to hold back for meaningless chivalry in this battle. He signaled his men to stand back like Gilgamesh while walking towards the giant who was battling against Colossus.
Each of their attacks created giant pit holes on the ground along with a trail of blood and meat due to their sheer physical strength. Other Xmen and Inhumans were incapable to involve themselves in the battle, fearing they would start a friendly fire since they were very close to each other. Most of the heroes had area effect attacks, but in this type of situation, firing large scale of power would inevitably hurt Colossus. Thus Black Bolt signaled his men to stand down while killing the incoming aliens with his bare hands. Although his superpower was his voice, he had super strength and agility that was more than enough to contend with the physical type of heroes.
He came before them, pulling out Colossus with his hands while blocking Black Dwarf who was surprised to see such strength from such frail looking body. Before he could bash down him with his axe, Black Bolt opened his mouth.
" Begone!"
A sonic wave that leveled the entire area appeared from his mouth, creating chaos among the enemy lines, boosting his allies morale. As one of the elders in Eden, he rarely used his power due to its enormous power.
" Are you okay?"
Black Bolt used his electronic thought conveyer to talk with Colossus who was panting from the intense battle. Colossus's body released high intensity of steam as he cooled down for a bit after using his strength enhancement technique of Eden.
He was one of the few who had a chance to learn from Eden Academy to improve his battle strength. Therefore, his stamina and strength were quite high compared to other heroes and mutants despite his plain ability to turn himself into metal.
" I am alright, sir. Since you have finished him, I will try to fend off other aliens."
Colossus said, looking at the incoming aliens with a serious look. He knew Black Bolt wasn't willing to use his power and he was looking forward to working with the infamous Arthur whom he admired from the moment when he arrived at Eden.
" I see. Then I will leave it to you."
Black Bolt typed, turning around to the center of the battlefield. He knew Arthur was coming and time was tight, so he had to end this before he comes here. Both politically and economically Xmen and Inhumans were dependent on Eden who created logistic chains for them and protected their ideology from the extremists like Senator Ross and Sentinels who adhered to the idea of human supremacy.
Hence, he had to make himself one of the highest authorities in Eden. Moreover, personally he was willing to help Arthur who never demanded things from them.
Meanwhile, Supergiant was in a dilemma because her enemies were too powerful and many for her. Especially those armor-wearing women and mutants were able to negate her power while chasing her down to the rear of the lines.
She knew her allies had died since she couldn't feel their energies anymore and she saw Thanos was struggling against the overwhelming numbers of the heroes who kept tabs on him. Even though Thanos was the strongest being here, he wasn't able to overcome the strongest gods, heroes, spirits, Inhumans, and Xmen. Each of them cooperated perfectly while keeping their injuries to a minimum to fight against him and they were desperately looking for the gauntlet that was constantly snatched between the two forces.
She looked back and saw a lunatic girl who was chasing her like a mad bull. She wore a silver armor with red lines and ironically she had two horns on her helmet. Furthermore, there was also a group of women who were running after her while chopping or crushing the aliens with ease. The worst thing was she had no idea to dispel this mode except for running for her berries. Who would have thought there would be a person who had the capability that was enough to silence her?.
" Damn it."
She cursed, running around the battles with despair on her face.
